Promise to reimburse unexpected duites and then dissappear on you The company states on its website that the customers should not worry about duties. Everything is covered. I made a purchase. And, of course, DHL sends me a duty bill right before the delivery. I contacted Stylemyle and asked them what to do. They said I had two options: either refuse the package or accept it--pay the duties, provide Stylemyle with the copy of the bill, and they would reimburse me. I accepted the package and paid the duties bill. I emailed the customer service with the copy of the receipt. They would not responde for a while. Then someone from their CS replied saying they would pay "next week". Since the end of January I have been emailing them a couple of times a week. Silence! I hope they read this. Offering me to accept the package and pay the expensive duties and now disappear like that? Sounds like a scam. I cannot believe I fell for it. I will be willing to change the review if someone from Stymyle is going to do what they promised.

Poland I placed the order, paid for express delivery, after a long waiting period, I asked for a tracking number. The number does not correspond to my order, although Customer Service assured me that it was my shipment. The parcel was picked up in another city by another person, he contacted Customer Service again, they told me that a new parcel with my order had been sent to me, and then the contact was cut off! Is this website a scam? Not money, not orders!!!

Order number is R016407466 Order number is R016407466. Received my order that doesn’t fit me and I have to return. I tried to get in touch with Stylemyle through emails, phone calls, Facebook and Instagram messages, however no response so far back from them. Unfortunately we have limited period of time to return and this delay in response is unacceptable. I will update about final resolution

I was so excited to see these on sale I was so excited to see these on sale! However I do not like not having updates when ordering things online. I never got a confirmation or receipt for this purchase. Also it appears to b final sale so they are a bit tight I was hoping to exchange for a larger size but with no way to contact the store it looks like I’m stuck with them. On the flip side the arrives promptly

I wrote to customer service requesting… I wrote to customer service requesting an exchange and refund on an item I purchased. I never received a response. That is not a professional way to conduct business. There are many excellent online sites which provide timely service. I will continue to use them and not your site.
