DHL called me this morning for additional duty charges, so I provided them the site information plus my invoice which also have a note on invoice that it's already included duty charge. However, based on the feedback here, I would like to ask Stylemyle admin here to help support my case(Order# R933480194) ASAP as I sent to customer care email. Still want to continue shopping with Stylemyle, please don't give me a bad experience

I just want to update my review I just want to update my review. There was a little issue with my package either being delivered at the wrong address or not delivered at all. However the next morning my package was sitting in front of my door. I thought this place was a scam but it’s not and also reading others reviews it scared me. I absolutely love my Lanvin sneakers and I will be ordering from StyleMyle again in the future.

Unhelpful even after this review. Zero customer service, no responses for returns They responded telling me to submit the return request that I ALREADY SUBMITTED. Asked me to email their customer service email that NEVER responds. How do I return these shoes?!?! Ordered a pair of Toteme loafers. I emailed twice that the 10% discount didn’t go through and that I never received a confirmation email but never received a response. Then the loafers just show up- no advance notice with shipping info. Trying to return them as they don’t fit and again, CAN NOT GET A RESPONSE from customer service with an RA or any info on how to return.

Beautiful designer item Beautiful designer item at much lower cost. I'm very happy with my purchase. Will definitely purchase there again. I did have to return for size and order another. The return link did not work as a reviewer mentioned but I just went directly to DHL to request return. It's overseas so not like returning here. It did take almost 2 weeks for refund, but again-overseas. I don't understand why the reviewer from CA had to pay $150 in duties. They are included in the sale price. She should check with the carrier company and hopefully got a receipt.
