USWouldn’t Order Again from STYLEMYLE Ordered a sweatshirt from them that was claimed to be brand new. I received it with a noticeable stain on it and questioned the condition. They continued to state it was new but I clearly see the stain so I asked for a return, they refused saying its final sale. Wouldn't order from them again.

USUnhelpful even after this review. Zero customer service, no responses for returns They responded telling me to submit the return request that I ALREADY SUBMITTED. Asked me to email their customer service email that NEVER responds. How do I return these shoes?!?! Ordered a pair of Toteme loafers. I emailed twice that the 10% discount didn’t go through and that I never received a confirmation email but never received a response. Then the loafers just show up- no advance notice with shipping info. Trying to return them as they don’t fit and again, CAN NOT GET A RESPONSE from customer service with an RA or any info on how to return.

USCustomer service is nonexistent Customer service is nonexistent. Only way to contact is via email and even then, you will not receive responses. Would be nice to have human interaction who can actually take time to understand your needs and not just feel like a customer who has no voice. Once your money has transferred, nothing else matters.
