Due to weather issues, shipping got delayed a few days but received my package in 3 days post purchase. Outfit was authentic and perfect. Will definitely purchase from them again. I’m giving the benefit of the doubt and… I’m giving the benefit of the doubt and providing 5 stars even though I’m waiting to hear back regarding a requested exchange. I ordered a pair of shoes that came extremely quick and I love them. However, the sizing isn’t perfect even though I ordered based in their published size guide. Sent an email to customer service 2 days ago and waiting for response. If I don’t hear back to get exchange to correct size, I’ll update and degrade my review review to reflect,

Wrong shoe The shoe I received was the wrong colour (not as pictured) AND the wrong size! Basically, I received something I didn’t order. (Order number R936750713) After starting the return process and posting here I promptly received my return files. I will update my review once my refund has been issued.

Unhelpful even after this review. Zero customer service, no responses for returns They responded telling me to submit the return request that I ALREADY SUBMITTED. Asked me to email their customer service email that NEVER responds. How do I return these shoes?!?! Ordered a pair of Toteme loafers. I emailed twice that the 10% discount didn’t go through and that I never received a confirmation email but never received a response. Then the loafers just show up- no advance notice with shipping info. Trying to return them as they don’t fit and again, CAN NOT GET A RESPONSE from customer service with an RA or any info on how to return.

Wouldn’t Order Again from STYLEMYLE Ordered a sweatshirt from them that was claimed to be brand new. I received it with a noticeable stain on it and questioned the condition. They continued to state it was new but I clearly see the stain so I asked for a return, they refused saying its final sale. Wouldn't order from them again.
