Paid for an overnight bag online and my… Paid for an overnight bag online and my money has been taken but no order details received. I have tried contacting the company several times and have received no correspondence back. Seems like a scam.

I received 2 makeup bags in error I received 2 makeup bags in error. When trying to resolve the problem, it took about 3 weeks to get info I needed and I then returned the bags at end of December. After more than 3 weeks and 3 emails I still have NO refund and NOResponse from their so called customer service. I have the UPS proof of the return being received at their location I lost my money and the cost of returning the bags. BEWARE!!

The item is extremely poor quality and… I am modifying this review as I have rec'd very quick contact from Bagsmart and a partial refund. The item is extremely poor quality and undersize. Not like the description online (which has now miraculously disappeared). I would no use this company again and would advise others to proceed with caution.

Not only does Bagsmart have great… Not only does Bagsmart have great products, but their customer service is also excellent. I highly recommend them.
