Poor All Round I bought a bag for my Son for his Birthday. It took some time to arrive from China (I thought it was a UK company given the name is Bagsmart UK). The quality is not what we expected and despite sending many emails regarding returning the bag, I have had zero response. POOR QUALITY. POOR SERVICE.
