Good customer service, bad stock information I ordered a backpack, the next day I got notification it was out of stock, and they weren't sure when it would be available again. They offered to cancel the order and let me change which items I picked. Since I wanted that specific backpack I canceled my order. The next day I got an email with a refund along with a message, which said they canceled my order and that my refund would be credited in 7 business days. The credit arrived soon after. Overall I was happy with the quick information flow and helpful customer service, but I was disappointed by the "historic information" as they call it in their Terms of Service, meaning the information on their website is not up to date — including stock information.

The overall quality was even better… The overall quality was even better than I expected. Material gauge/thickness, hardware/zippers, and thoughtful design can be seen in every inch of this bag.

I received 2 makeup bags in error I received 2 makeup bags in error. When trying to resolve the problem, it took about 3 weeks to get info I needed and I then returned the bags at end of December. After more than 3 weeks and 3 emails I still have NO refund and NOResponse from their so called customer service. I have the UPS proof of the return being received at their location I lost my money and the cost of returning the bags. BEWARE!!

I bought one of the hanging toiletry bags. I bought one of the hanging toiletry bags and received it today. After reading some reviews, I was concerned but it has exceeded my expectations. It’s perfect for travelling and storing in luggage. Instead of having lots of the packing cubes (waste of money), I’ll only have one and with the hanger, it’ll be great for when there isn’t any room in the bathroom to store everything.
