The item is extremely poor quality and… I am modifying this review as I have rec'd very quick contact from Bagsmart and a partial refund. The item is extremely poor quality and undersize. Not like the description online (which has now miraculously disappeared). I would no use this company again and would advise others to proceed with caution.

Poor All Round I bought a bag for my Son for his Birthday. It took some time to arrive from China (I thought it was a UK company given the name is Bagsmart UK). The quality is not what we expected and despite sending many emails regarding returning the bag, I have had zero response. POOR QUALITY. POOR SERVICE. Now Its cost me more money as I've had to buy another bag for my Son.....Not good.

Had an issue with FedEx delivery but… Had an issue with FedEx delivery but was able to resolve quickly. This had nothing to do with Bagsmart. I reached out to Bagsmart customer service and they were very prompt and very professional. I received the bag I ordered and absolutely LOVE it!!! Thank you to Alicia in customer service.

Good customer service, bad stock information I ordered a backpack, the next day I got notification it was out of stock, and they weren't sure when it would be available again. They offered to cancel the order and let me change which items I picked. Since I wanted that specific backpack I canceled my order. The next day I got an email with a refund along with a message, which said they canceled my order and that my refund would be credited in 7 business days. The credit arrived soon after. Overall I was happy with the quick information flow and helpful customer service, but I was disappointed by the "historic information" as they call it in their Terms of Service, meaning the information on their website is not up to date — including stock information.
