I reached out to Bagsmart customer service and they were very prompt and very professional. I received the bag I ordered and absolutely LOVE it!!! Thank you to Alicia in customer service.

Bags true to the ad. Definitely worth the buy. I saw their ads come up on Facebook and checked out their page, loved the designs and how many pockets the backpacks had and a usb charging port, so I decided to order one. I was pretty impressed, the padding was comfortable.
