I bought a bag from them and appears to have been lost in transit; the tracking status hasn't changed for 17 days. It's still, supposedly, waiting to be cleared by customs. I've contacted them on several occasions and they haven't had the common decency to respond. I even warn them that if they didn't provide a refund I would contact PayPal; that didn't move them to any action either.

The overall quality was even better… The overall quality was even better than I expected. Material gauge/thickness, hardware/zippers, and thoughtful design can be seen in every inch of this bag.

Questionable Returns Policy and Process. I do not like leaving negative reviews. Like others have mentioned, the returns process and quality of products are questionable. If you want to be reassured that a product can be returned as per their returns Policy, avoid purchasing directly from this company. I am waiting for a refund for items that were returned and confirmed as delivered to the ‘PO Box’ provided. Items were delivered close to two weeks ago. The PO Box is likely a container/storage facility/warehouse, not a PO Box in the traditional sense. There is no way of tracking items into these types of ‘facilities’, so the parcel may always show as ‘in transit’ with no proof of delivery to fall back on. In short, I've lost the cost of the products, plus the shipping costs and resources taken to return the item. I had made sure postage included signature on delivery to ensure the items were safely delivered. On checking my credit card statement, I was charged for the products by an overseas company in HK dollars despite purchasing from an AU site.
