GBI received 2 makeup bags in error I received 2 makeup bags in error. When trying to resolve the problem, it took about 3 weeks to get info I needed and I then returned the bags at end of December. After more than 3 weeks and 3 emails I still have NO refund and NOResponse from their so called customer service. I have the UPS proof of the return being received at their location I lost my money and the cost of returning the bags. BEWARE!!

GTI really like the brand I really like the brand, they think of every useful detail to store belongings. I am from Guatemala and I recently made a purchase from my country and the communication to make the shipment effective is very good.

ESNot only does Bagsmart have great… Not only does Bagsmart have great products, but their customer service is also excellent. I highly recommend them.

AUAvoid this company like the plague Avoid this company like the plague. Their form of customer service is to take your money and then ignore you. I bought a bag from them and appears to have been lost in transit; the tracking status hasn't changed for 17 days. It's still, supposedly, waiting to be cleared by customs. I've contacted them on several occasions and they haven't had the common decency to respond. I even warn them that if they didn't provide a refund I would contact PayPal; that didn't move them to any action either.

GBHad an issue with FedEx delivery but… Had an issue with FedEx delivery but was able to resolve quickly. This had nothing to do with Bagsmart. I reached out to Bagsmart customer service and they were very prompt and very professional. I received the bag I ordered and absolutely LOVE it!!! Thank you to Alicia in customer service.
