Recently made it right. my order did not make it to my… Recently my order did not make it to my doorstep. Says it was delivered but I didn’t receive it. I contacted customer service and within 4 days I had another order sent out to me! Love the product and the excellent service.

Had an issue with FedEx delivery but… Had an issue with FedEx delivery but was able to resolve quickly. This had nothing to do with Bagsmart. I reached out to Bagsmart customer service and they were very prompt and very professional. I received the bag I ordered and absolutely LOVE it!!! Thank you to Alicia in customer service.

Good customer service, bad stock information I ordered a backpack, the next day I got notification it was out of stock, and they weren't sure when it would be available again. They offered to cancel the order and let me change which items I picked. Since I wanted that specific backpack I canceled my order. The next day I got an email with a refund along with a message, which said they canceled my order and that my refund would be credited in 7 business days. The credit arrived soon after. Overall I was happy with the quick information flow and helpful customer service, but I was disappointed by the "historic information" as they call it in their Terms of Service, meaning the information on their website is not up to date — including stock information.
