The item is extremely poor quality and… I am modifying this review as I have rec'd very quick contact from Bagsmart and a partial refund. The item is extremely poor quality and undersize. Not like the description online (which has now miraculously disappeared). I would no use this company again and would advise others to proceed with caution.

Questionable Returns Policy and Process. I do not like leaving negative reviews. Like others have mentioned, the returns process and quality of products are questionable. If you want to be reassured that a product can be returned as per their returns Policy, avoid purchasing directly from this company. I am waiting for a refund for items that were returned and confirmed as delivered to the ‘PO Box’ provided. Items were delivered close to two weeks ago. The PO Box is likely a container/storage facility/warehouse, not a PO Box in the traditional sense. There is no way of tracking items into these types of ‘facilities’, so the parcel may always show as ‘in transit’ with no proof of delivery to fall back on. In short, I've lost the cost of the products, plus the shipping costs and resources taken to return the item. I had made sure postage included signature on delivery to ensure the items were safely delivered. On checking my credit card statement, I was charged for the products by an overseas company in HK dollars despite purchasing from an AU site.

It’s perfect for travelling and storing in luggage. Instead of having lots of the packing cubes (waste of money), I’ll only have one and with the hanger, it’ll be great for when there isn’t any room in the bathroom to store everything.

After more than 3 weeks and 3 emails I still have NO refund and NOResponse from their so called customer service. I have the UPS proof of the return being received at their location I lost my money and the cost of returning the bags. BEWARE!!
