USHad an issue with FedEx delivery but… Had an issue with FedEx delivery but was able to resolve quickly. This had nothing to do with Bagsmart. I reached out to Bagsmart customer service and they were very prompt and very professional. I received the bag I ordered and absolutely LOVE it!!! Thank you to Alicia in customer service.

USRecently made it right. my order did not make it to my… Recently my order did not make it to my doorstep. Says it was delivered but I didn’t receive it. I contacted customer service and within 4 days I had another order sent out to me! Love the product and the excellent service.

AUFradulent Fradulent. My order number does not exist and the tracking number was for Deutsche Post, even though I purchased in Australia. Response to my email enquiring about shipping discrepancy was automated and referred to me wanting to return a bag! Do not purchase from this website.

AUAvoid this company like the plague Avoid this company like the plague. Their form of customer service is to take your money and then ignore you. I bought a bag from them and appears to have been lost in transit; the tracking status hasn't changed for 17 days. It's still, supposedly, waiting to be cleared by customs. I've contacted them on several occasions and they haven't had the common decency to respond. I even warn them that if they didn't provide a refund I would contact PayPal; that didn't move them to any action either.
