GBNO REFUND AFTER RETURN I bought 2 medium makeup bags for Christmas gifts. I received them on Dec 17 and needed to return them as they were too small. I emailed them to get directions on how to return. They responded that returns had to be within 30 days and include all packing slips. Bagsmart gave me the address to return it to. I returned them on 1/8/24, WITH the packing slip inside, by USPS and received the tracking number from USPS. I emailed Bagsmart the tracking number as well as the expected delivery date, which was 1/11/24. I checked with USPS and the package was delivered on 1/11/24 and given to an individual at the address that “service” at Bagsmart had given it. It is now 2/5/24 and I STILL have no credit from Bagsmart!! I emailed them on 1/31/24 to ask what the delay in getting my credit was and CRICKETS! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE SURE YOU DO NOT WANT TO RETURN THE ITEMS! Returns are a scam with them!

GBI received 2 makeup bags in error I received 2 makeup bags in error. When trying to resolve the problem, it took about 3 weeks to get info I needed and I then returned the bags at end of December. After more than 3 weeks and 3 emails I still have NO refund and NOResponse from their so called customer service. I have the UPS proof of the return being received at their location I lost my money and the cost of returning the bags. BEWARE!!

CZGood customer service, bad stock information I ordered a backpack, the next day I got notification it was out of stock, and they weren't sure when it would be available again. They offered to cancel the order and let me change which items I picked. Since I wanted that specific backpack I canceled my order. The next day I got an email with a refund along with a message, which said they canceled my order and that my refund would be credited in 7 business days. The credit arrived soon after. Overall I was happy with the quick information flow and helpful customer service, but I was disappointed by the "historic information" as they call it in their Terms of Service, meaning the information on their website is not up to date — including stock information.
