GBI received 2 makeup bags in error I received 2 makeup bags in error. When trying to resolve the problem, it took about 3 weeks to get info I needed and I then returned the bags at end of December. After more than 3 weeks and 3 emails I still have NO refund and NOResponse from their so called customer service. I have the UPS proof of the return being received at their location I lost my money and the cost of returning the bags. BEWARE!!

AUQuestionable Returns Policy and Process. I do not like leaving negative reviews. Like others have mentioned, the returns process and quality of products are questionable. If you want to be reassured that a product can be returned as per their returns Policy, avoid purchasing directly from this company. I am waiting for a refund for items that were returned and confirmed as delivered to the ‘PO Box’ provided. Items were delivered close to two weeks ago. The PO Box is likely a container/storage facility/warehouse, not a PO Box in the traditional sense. There is no way of tracking items into these types of ‘facilities’, so the parcel may always show as ‘in transit’ with no proof of delivery to fall back on. In short, I've lost the cost of the products, plus the shipping costs and resources taken to return the item. I had made sure postage included signature on delivery to ensure the items were safely delivered. On checking my credit card statement, I was charged for the products by an overseas company in HK dollars despite purchasing from an AU site.

CZGood customer service, bad stock information I ordered a backpack, the next day I got notification it was out of stock, and they weren't sure when it would be available again. They offered to cancel the order and let me change which items I picked. Since I wanted that specific backpack I canceled my order. The next day I got an email with a refund along with a message, which said they canceled my order and that my refund would be credited in 7 business days. The credit arrived soon after. Overall I was happy with the quick information flow and helpful customer service, but I was disappointed by the "historic information" as they call it in their Terms of Service, meaning the information on their website is not up to date — including stock information.

GBThe best toiletry bag!! I bought three, yes 3, toiletry bags and returned 2. The one I got from Bagsmart is EXACTLY what I wanted. All the pockets have clear covers so you can see what's inside without unzipping. You can hang it in the bathroom and see everything you have in one glance. It seems well-made and like it will last a long time. Also, I got personal customer service when I had to have my order sent ASAP! That's something you don't get often!!

AUFradulent Fradulent. My order number does not exist and the tracking number was for Deutsche Post, even though I purchased in Australia. Response to my email enquiring about shipping discrepancy was automated and referred to me wanting to return a bag! Do not purchase from this website.
