99 percent happy with both covers I love both new tablet covers that I got for no charge with the vouchers that came from HSN when I bought two new Fire tablets. The covers came super fast. I really appreciate this. I especially like the Siamese cat cover I chose. My only negative was how unsuccessful I was in your option to design my own cover. I kept trying to put a special picture of my (very recently deceased) husband and me from before we married 50 years ago. No matter what I tried, I couldn't do it. So the day before the voucher expired, I quickly chose one of your patterns and it was processed immediately. Disappointing, but perhaps because it was free? Otherwise, I am very happy with both covers and I thank you very much. Gail McSorley

I ordered to 2 Amazon Kindles that came… I ordered to 2 Amazon Kindles that came with covers fr this company. Their online was dysfunctional! I finally got my custom pic to go through to get my order completed. Then they only sent me 1 cover. I communicated the error to them and still never received the 2nd cover I was owed. -10 rating if I could rate that low!!

If I could give a negative 5 star on… If I could give a negative 5 star on this place I would. I’m infuriated with their customer service. I was given a non working tracking number and I have been told time and time again that I was going to receive the case I ordered in a few days and by numerous different people and still haven’t received my case. I asked to be refunded and I was completely disregarded and was told that my case will be here in a few days. It has been over 2 weeks and they tried to tell me they sent another one out but never even gave me a tracking number for the case that they supposedly “sent out” again. I would tell a friend to tell a friend to STAY FAR FAR FAR FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE GIVEN A RUN AROUND, BS’ed AND LOSE YOUR MONEY AND PATIENCE!!

Not received item! FRAUD!!! Ordered ps5 wrap in November as a Christmas present and still not received over 3 weeks later! Tracker saying return to sender! Emailed them and had nothing back! Still no delivery of £29.99 ps5 skin that i ordered in November and its now 9/1/24 customer service ignoring me after tracking said delivered to Germany! Disgraceful company!!

Perfect case!! I had trouble figuring out which case was right for my phone and I got an answer right away. Cover was delivered quickly! Fit perfectly and is holding up great to daily use! Couldn’t recommend Caseable more!!
