GBIf I could give a negative 5 star on… If I could give a negative 5 star on this place I would. I’m infuriated with their customer service. I was given a non working tracking number and I have been told time and time again that I was going to receive the case I ordered in a few days and by numerous different people and still haven’t received my case. I asked to be refunded and I was completely disregarded and was told that my case will be here in a few days. It has been over 2 weeks and they tried to tell me they sent another one out but never even gave me a tracking number for the case that they supposedly “sent out” again. I would tell a friend to tell a friend to STAY FAR FAR FAR FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE GIVEN A RUN AROUND, BS’ed AND LOSE YOUR MONEY AND PATIENCE!!

GBReceived the tablet cover with any… Received the tablet cover with any problems.About a week after that I received the screen protector cover. It arrived broken. So I text casable and they sent me another cover but it was also broken. I contacted casable again and have not received any information back. This was so long ago I don't even remember the date.

GBPerfect case!! I had trouble figuring out which case was right for my phone and I got an answer right away. Cover was delivered quickly! Fit perfectly and is holding up great to daily use! Couldn’t recommend Caseable more!!

GBMy first time using caseable and was… My first time using caseable and was disappointed in the way they handle customer service. I ordered a custom made phone case, two weeks later never recieved any updates as to if they were working on my product or not. Usually companies send you a curtesy email to provide updates about your product. I never recieved any, the only thing I reiceved was an invalid usps tracking number. It felt like a scam to me, so I emailed them and asked whst was going on with my order. I was told my order was already completed but they couldn't ship it because there was an error transferring to usps. I was happy to see a prompt response, and I did ask for a refund. It's showing in my paypal that my refund is on the way, let's see. However, I highly suggest caseble to do a better job with customer service, you make yourselves look like scammers and makes people not trust in your company. Sad to say, I never got to see my product in the end.

GBAwesome tablet case! I had no problem whatsoever placing my order for a custom case and it came out exactly as it was supposed to. Although it took a minute to figure out, the website was very user friendly. The case itself is much better quality than I was expecting. The picture quality is great! From placing my order to arrival was 6 days. I highly recommend it. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW CASE!!
