Also just reading some of the other reviews on here about the quality and hazardous materials is concerning...

Absolutely LOVE working with this… Absolutely LOVE working with this company! It's been years, after years of loving Montana West items. So, when we decided to open up a brick & mortar store, Montana West items were on the top of the list to try to set up a wholesale account. And we did! Customers love how the handbags "fit" them and they also love the pockets! That's in addition to the many styles, colors, and shapes. We have many happy, repeat customers. Based on web pictures or descriptions there have been times I've wondered if I should order it, but I've always been amazed when I do hold it in my hands. Products offered are very nice and the selection is so big, it's sometimes hard choosing favorites among them; handbags, sandals, boots, accessories, sunglasses, sale items, etc. It's not very often, (maybe twice) and I always take the customer's word, but when an item hasn't been as perfect as it should be, Montana West has always gone over and above to help me as a retailer. This reflects a company that cares. Period. They stand behind not only their products but for us, as retailers. It helps me to provide the best for my customers. Respect & honesty are important to me. I am able to tell my customers if anything goes wrong or isn't right to bring it back and we'll take care of it. All I need to do is just take pictures of the item, give a detailed explanation, and submit in the area on their website and in no time the issue is resolved. We have been buying from them now for a few years with a short break in between. We are still very happy. and so are our customers. Items ship quickly and while on occasion the packaging might be better, overall it's Montana West USA is one of my favorites to place an order. So much so, if I could the store would be filled with nothing but Montana West USA products! From ordering, website, phone conversations, to any other business transaction, Montana West USA has always shown respect for my business through their interactions and great products. Definitely a 5 star company! I was shocked there were no other reviews.

This was the worst This was the worst . I ordered 2 purses. One was not sent and a wrong one sent in its place. I had to print my own label. Then they were not going to send the right bag until they received the one they sent me. Crappy customer service. Nothing was easy and everything put on me to do for their mistake. Print the label, mail it back, and not giving me what I purchased before they receive their mistake. I will not be Order again. I have asked for a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS THIS PLACE. Placed and order a month ago still have not received it. After 2 emails of requesting refunds I randomly get a tracking number. The tracking info says it was shipped on 12/9.. the progress has t updated since. I give this company two thumbs down the customer service is nonexistent if you choose to order from them, the best of luck to you
