DO NOT purchase from this company DO NOT purchase from this company. I purchased a bag thinking it would be better quality than I had heard about their clothes - big mistake. Cheapest quality I have ever felt and a god awful smell coming from the "vegan leather" aka PVC. Returns are incredibly difficult, poor communication from the company and they require you to cover cost of return to their warehouse which would cost nearly $50. Would give 0 stars if I could.

We bought a bag for birthday present based upon a nice looking foto, when it arrived the quality was so bad, brittle cheep plastic, so we decided not to give it away. After receiving we can see from an online search that the exact same bag can be bought from other sellers at less than half price. NEVER EVER BY FROM THIS FIRM

Dropship trap You can buy the same Product on Shein and u can't return your ship when it's already shipped, and cancel ships is only within 6h with a 5$ fee because of the "administration". The sustainablity is fake, because everything comes from china in a fast fashion company, the same from shein. Thankfully I paid with Paypal and could claim the full price back. I did it within 6h and received a confirmation and got my money back.

BEWARE!! Difficult to return product I bought a bag as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately someone else bought the same gift for that person so I didn't even take mine out of the packaging. I explained what had happened and asked if I could return it. They said I would have to return it to China at my expense despite there being a UK returns address on the packaging. They also offered me a 15% discount which I accepted was paid promptly.
