Nice bag but too small, good return/refund experience. Some of these comments are unfair. I bought a bag, it was nice, well packaged, but not what I wanted (too small and didn't like the strap) so I returned it. This is a standard online shopping experience. I had to post it back to china but went on parcel2go and found a reasonable price. The seller was friendly and refunded me straight away.

Avoid at all costs Avoid at all costs - earrings bought as a Xmas present came as a mismatched pair - it's taken four emails and multiple photos to get them to admit their fault, then told I had to pay between $20-50 to return for a refund! Product cost £33. Would give zero stars if possible.

Overall good, would buy again I was a little unsure because of other reviews and such but to be honest I’m so so happy with my purchase! Came within alright shipping time and the bag is super cute, slightly smaller than I thought but that’s alright! Material feels good too! I will probably buy again!

Disappointed with the product quality and design Was rather hopeful at first about getting my first vegan leather bags since I've seen a number of online ads in recent years. I must say the actual products don't really live up to my expectation - in terms of actual bag size, design and texture - when compared to the very nice photos posted in the website. Will give second thought when doing online purchase next time. Anyway will still keep the bags for casual use.
