We bought a bag for birthday present based upon a nice looking foto, when it arrived the quality was so bad, brittle cheep plastic, so we decided not to give it away. After receiving we can see from an online search that the exact same bag can be bought from other sellers at less than half price. NEVER EVER BY FROM THIS FIRM

Cheapest quality I have ever felt and a god awful smell coming from the "vegan leather" aka PVC. Returns are incredibly difficult, poor communication from the company and they require you to cover cost of return to their warehouse which would cost nearly $50. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Disappointed with the product quality and design Was rather hopeful at first about getting my first vegan leather bags since I've seen a number of online ads in recent years. I must say the actual products don't really live up to my expectation - in terms of actual bag size, design and texture - when compared to the very nice photos posted in the website. Will give second thought when doing online purchase next time. Anyway will still keep the bags for casual use.

A lot of these reviews are unfair A lot of these reviews are unfair. I ordered the bobo tote in black vegan leather and it came looking 100% like the pictures. The quality is nice and the same as my vegan leather pants from Aritzia. Customer service is also responsive and helpful. I didn’t get my confirmation email and they emailed it to me with my tracking number, it came in a week. -1 star for the packaging.
