Do Not buy Do Not buy! The bag showed up after being shipped from China! Not worth the money. Shoulder strap hardware slides way too easy and overall not worth the money. I contacted customer arrive to return and they were what I would call rude in the email and said I would have to pay return shipping up to $50. Not impressed with the bag or the company, steer clear! This was definitely a mistake to buy this bag.

Cheapest quality I have ever felt and a god awful smell coming from the "vegan leather" aka PVC. Returns are incredibly difficult, poor communication from the company and they require you to cover cost of return to their warehouse which would cost nearly $50. Would give 0 stars if I could.

We bought a bag for birthday present based upon a nice looking foto, when it arrived the quality was so bad, brittle cheep plastic, so we decided not to give it away. After receiving we can see from an online search that the exact same bag can be bought from other sellers at less than half price. NEVER EVER BY FROM THIS FIRM

Avoid at all costs Avoid at all costs - earrings bought as a Xmas present came as a mismatched pair - it's taken four emails and multiple photos to get them to admit their fault, then told I had to pay between $20-50 to return for a refund! Product cost £33. Would give zero stars if possible.
