Cheaply made bag with cheap materials, the style was a cross body and that would work if you WERE A CHILD. The way it arrived was a dead giveaway they their sustainability claims are untrue, wrapped in three layers of non recyclable plastic. Don’t be tempted by the well shot imagery on the website, walk away now! Based on other reviews I’m not even going to attempt to try and return it

The quality is nice and the same as my vegan leather pants from Aritzia. Customer service is also responsive and helpful. I didn’t get my confirmation email and they emailed it to me with my tracking number, it came in a week. -1 star for the packaging.

Overall good, would buy again I was a little unsure because of other reviews and such but to be honest I’m so so happy with my purchase! Came within alright shipping time and the bag is super cute, slightly smaller than I thought but that’s alright! Material feels good too! I will probably buy again!
