Excellent craftsmanship, excellent customer service The warranty claim portal is extremely intuitive and easy to use. The response to the claim took less than a day. This is by far my best warranty experience with any company to date.

I bought a backpack from WANDRD two… I bought a backpack from WANDRD two years ago (Original PVKE) and it had been performing wonderfully in that time. Recently a seam ripped, right where the back straps connect to the clam shell. I emailed WANDRD and within a day they responded and my backpack was fully covered by their lifetime warranty. It was genuinely one of the best customer experiences I've had.

All i had to do was show them my order and send them pictures about the damage. The whole process was super easy. I am not at all used to this kind of customer service quality. WANDRD ROCKS! Extremely happy with my PRVKE 31L Wasatch green that I have had since 2019. Been using it both for work and in my privat life all the time. It is especially handy when travelling. I can manage easily for a 3-4 day trip abroad with the PRVKE 31L. I was so happy with the bag that I chose to order the PRVKE 41L for longer trips and I've been super satisfied. PRVKE, the only backpack you'll ever need! Got the PRVKE over 5 years ago and have been super happy with it since! Unfortunately the zipper failed the other day, but with the lifetime guarantee I now have a new bag on order without having to pay for more than shipping! Great customer service and great products!
