Hands down one of the best brands I… Hands down one of the best brands I ordered from. My backback worked beautifully, and when the zipper broke after 5 years, I am getting a replacement. All i had to do was show them my order and send them pictures about the damage. The whole process was super easy. I am not at all used to this kind of customer service quality. I hope this brand will set standards for the rest.

I ran into a few issues from regular wear and tear, and was considering buying a new backpack from another brand. I bought a backpack from WANDRD two… I bought a backpack from WANDRD two years ago (Original PVKE) and it had been performing wonderfully in that time. Recently a seam ripped, right where the back straps connect to the clam shell. I emailed WANDRD and within a day they responded and my backpack was fully covered by their lifetime warranty. It was genuinely one of the best customer experiences I've had.

Genuine life-time warranty - great customer service These guys are the real deal. No product is perfect, but when the stitching on my PRVKE split after years of constant globetrotting Wandrd agreed to replace it immediately. Can't fault them for one second.
