Quick and helpful warranty fix! I've just reached my one year anniversary of my 31L all-new Privke bag, and out of nowhere, the strap ripped on my most recent trip. This bag has been my go-to for travel with my family and I was super bummed as everything else about it is perfect. Sent a warranty claim to see and had a resolution from WANDRD within about 2 hours of sending - amazingly quick, and positive response from the team. THANK YOU!

WANDRD ROCKS! Extremely happy with my PRVKE 31L Wasatch green that I have had since 2019. Been using it both for work and in my privat life all the time. It is especially handy when travelling. I can manage easily for a 3-4 day trip abroad with the PRVKE 31L. I was so happy with the bag that I chose to order the PRVKE 41L for longer trips and I've been super satisfied. I also bought some WANDRD tech bags for cables, chargers, powerbanks and other gear. Recently and I got extremely fast, good and kind customer service from WANDRD. Original PRVKE zipper broke, and still under warranty. I purchased their original PRVKE bag way back in 2018 and used it extensively for travel, work, hiking, skiing, etc. Last week the outer zipper came apart while in an airport, and it would have taken some doing to repair. I remembered their warranty, filled out the form, and within a few hours I had a newer PRVKE bag ordered at no cost to me except shipping.

Hands down one of the best brands I… Hands down one of the best brands I ordered from. My backback worked beautifully, and when the zipper broke after 5 years, I am getting a replacement. All i had to do was show them my order and send them pictures about the damage. The whole process was super easy. I am not at all used to this kind of customer service quality. I hope this brand will set standards for the rest.

Excellent craftsmanship, excellent customer service The warranty claim portal is extremely intuitive and easy to use. The response to the claim took less than a day. This is by far my best warranty experience with any company to date.
