Not only a backpack, but a great costumer service I've had my 21l PRVKE for 5 years now, and I can say that their quality is top-notch. I ran into a few issues from regular wear and tear, and was considering buying a new backpack from another brand. Truly terrible customer service. Amateurs. I ordered this while traveling and because of their slow fulfillment was unable to receive it. They refused to cancel the order even before it shipped, refused to assist in having the item shipped back to them, and accused me of fraud when I disputed the charges. Genuine life-time warranty - great customer service These guys are the real deal. No product is perfect, but when the stitching on my PRVKE split after years of constant globetrotting Wandrd agreed to replace it immediately. Can't fault them for one second. For anyone else obsessed with finding that 'bag-for-life' company, look no further.

Hands down one of the best brands I… Hands down one of the best brands I ordered from. My backback worked beautifully, and when the zipper broke after 5 years, I am getting a replacement. All i had to do was show them my order and send them pictures about the damage. The whole process was super easy. I am not at all used to this kind of customer service quality. I hope this brand will set standards for the rest.
