After one year of daily usage unfortunately it was stolen so i purchased a second one right away. I've been using it for 5 years everyday and it still holds up very very well, except that recently i had my third zipper broke on me and i thought ok, its about the right time to contact customer support to see if i have any options to fix it. I wrote them (filled the form on their website) yesterday, and it took only 6 hours for them to send me a giftcard for all new Prvke backpack free of charge! thats rad indeed! :) you made my day WANDRD.

Great design, really strong manufacturing and simply beautiful... WANDRD is the best backpack manufacturer ever! I currently own : - 1 x PRVKE 31L - 1 x All-New-PRVKE 21L - 1 x All-New-PRVKE 31L - 1 x HEXAD Carryall Duffel Backpack - 1 x ROGUE Sling 9L - Multiple accessories like TechBag, MIIR Water Bottle, etc... Another thing to keep in mind : the support team is awesome and the lifetime warranty is a real thing. I have to use it once and it was super effective! Love you guys from WANDRD.

Original PRVKE 21L Original PRVKE 21L First up, this is a fantastic bag. I use it every day as I motorcycle in to work. I bought it in January 2020 and I have to say it still looks great. It stands up against all weather and is super comfortable to wear regardless of how much I stuff it. But the real stand out is the company & their customer service. Last week the main zipper failed. Again this is after daily use for 3 years in all weathers. These things can happen and the company immediately sent me a brand new replacement, the new upgraded PRVKE, with no quibble. I see a lot of these 'life time warranty' comments on various brand websites and always assume they will nickle and dime their way out of it. Not Wandrd...

Original PRVKE zipper broke, and still under warranty. I purchased their original PRVKE bag way back in 2018 and used it extensively for travel, work, hiking, skiing, etc. Last week the outer zipper came apart while in an airport, and it would have taken some doing to repair. I remembered their warranty, filled out the form, and within a few hours I had a newer PRVKE bag ordered at no cost to me except shipping.

Excellent craftsmanship, excellent customer service The warranty claim portal is extremely intuitive and easy to use. The response to the claim took less than a day. This is by far my best warranty experience with any company to date.
