I bought a backpack from WANDRD two… I bought a backpack from WANDRD two years ago (Original PVKE) and it had been performing wonderfully in that time. Recently a seam ripped, right where the back straps connect to the clam shell. I emailed WANDRD and within a day they responded and my backpack was fully covered by their lifetime warranty. It was genuinely one of the best customer experiences I've had.

PRVKE, the only backpack you'll ever need! Got the PRVKE over 5 years ago and have been super happy with it since! Unfortunately the zipper failed the other day, but with the lifetime guarantee I now have a new bag on order without having to pay for more than shipping! Great customer service and great products!

Hands down one of the best brands I… Hands down one of the best brands I ordered from. My backback worked beautifully, and when the zipper broke after 5 years, I am getting a replacement. All i had to do was show them my order and send them pictures about the damage. The whole process was super easy. I am not at all used to this kind of customer service quality. I hope this brand will set standards for the rest.
