I was not satisfied with the quality or… I was not satisfied with the quality or the service with my Troubadour purchase. I ordered 3 items that were shipped in two separate packages, but troubadour only provided 1 tracking number and my online account info told me all items were in the one package. The package without the provided tracking number ended up at a UPS store for an entire week, without any notice or communication. I finally located it after contacting troubadour multiple times and finally getting the second tracking number. It was an unnecessary headache which would have been avoided if correct tracking information had been provided in the first place. I ended up returning all items because the quality was not as good as expected. Specifically, the sewing on the backpack was uneven and the zipper was uneven in a way that made it seem like it would not stay waterproof after repeated use.

Splurge on a Troubadour Apex Purchased the Apex Backpack a few months ago and it has lived up to all the hype. Solid, elevated and practical. Would recommend to everyone. Great product, great customer service. Overall you can't go wrong with a Troubadour product.

Bag great - customer service, not so much The bag is very well designed and made. Unfortunately, it's unsuitable for me. I need to return it, but there is no return label in the box. I've called Troubadour 4 times now on 4 separate days to try to get a return label, but no-one has got back to me, despite assurances that my request is being treated as 'urgent'. I am only writing this review to try to get someone to PLEASE help me return the bag...! Update: someone finally emailed me this morning, and the bag is now safely on its way back to Troubadour.

Speedy response and impeccable service I wrote in to ask for exchange of a damaged bag strap and got a response in less than 24 hours. The replacement was sent out almost immediately after the reply and I received the delivery in less than a week's time. I think the Troubadour team has set a perfect example as to what customer service should be like. It was a wonderful experience and I'd confidently recommend the brand to people around me. Keep up the good work!

Only positives to say Only positives to say The materials are all high quality and durable. I chose this bag initially as it has a "manlier" look than many of the leather options. It is still elegant though and it fits a lot of stuff without complicating the bag with loads of different zippers. I've been using it for a month now for office & travel, absolutely love it!
