Fine hats, atrocious customer service I've bought Sunday Afternoons hats on many occasions, but in no circumstance should people buy directly from Sunday Afternoons. If anything goes wrong with the shipment (i.e., it gets lost), they will not help you at all. Every other seller in this day and age will refund/reship without question, but not these guys. Instead, they'll just argue with you and waste your time. Go through a reseller instead.

Tried & True! I have been buying Sunday Afternoons gear for my family for about 8 years now. I know that should we have a broken chin strap or some other problem come up, Sunday Afternoons will stand by their lifetime guarantee and resolve the issue quickly and in a hassle free manner...I love that it only takes a phone-call. I’ve got 4 kiddos and truly don’t mind spending a little extra for their hats in return for the great quality and assurance.

I ordered a hat for my husband but… I ordered a hat for my husband but needed a different size. I emailed customer service and they responded very quickly telling me exactly what to do and attached a form to fill out. I had a couple more email exchanges with questions that were immediately answered and I received the new size hat in no time. Good customer service is so hard to find these days, I rate Sunday Afternoons as 10 +++.

BEST HATS EVER! We have been buying Sunday Afternoon hats for the whole family since our children were babies. One of them is now in adult sizes. The Adventure hat is perfect for being on the water as well as other outdoor activities. We have all swam and jumped in with our hats cinched up and have not lost one yet! I (mom) have bought more hats than I dare admit and now our son is in Boy Scouts he has different hats for different activities (Adventure, Bucket and Sun Chaser). You will not be disappointed with whichever hat that you choose

They fixed my mistake My order somehow got messed up- it looks like I may have typed my zip code into the address line, and my order ended up going to some random person in a different state. Once I let Sunday Afternoons know about the issue, they quickly got a new hat to my correct address. And the new hat is great, like all of the others that I’ve bought from them over the years.
