The customer service number on their… The customer service number on their website, my order receipt, does not work without an extension being entered. No extension is given, anywhere! I've emailed and have not received a response. I went to, LIVE CHAT and it wasn't live, it was an automated response to go the website for help. I getting ticked off trying to make a return!

Best baby sun hat ever made! Best baby sun hat ever made! These hats are well constructed, fit perfectly with the adjustable feature and excellent chin strap. We live in Southern California and our 7 month old son wears the hat everyday. We’re thrilled he’s protected from the sun while playing outside.

They fixed my mistake My order somehow got messed up- it looks like I may have typed my zip code into the address line, and my order ended up going to some random person in a different state. Once I let Sunday Afternoons know about the issue, they quickly got a new hat to my correct address. And the new hat is great, like all of the others that I’ve bought from them over the years.

Good quality Good quality, easy carry out. Dislike hand wash only. “One size fit all” items are too small for me. One more inch bigger would be great. Easy online shopping. Official website is slow sometimes. Dislike no local stores (SF Bay Area, CA) and return fees on customers.

I bought 3 different colors because I need to be proactive with the sun protection. The brim is stable and just the right size for playing golf, gardening, or any outdoor activities.
