GBAfter 2 failed orders elsewhere found success with Travaloo. I tried to order this suitcase through JC Penney twice, and each time they canceled it. I finally decided to look elsewhere and found it on Travaloo for a reasonable price and guaranteed delivery within days. Very pleased with the suitcase, and very pleased with the service.

GBI would have given a rating of 5 stars… I would have given a rating of 5 stars if not for the shop shield insurance that was Automatically added to my bill . There was no feature to cancel or delete. Buyer should be given a choice,

GBCustom service was cumbersome and there… Custom service was cumbersome and there was CS phone number available. Chat service was also cumbersome with delayed responses.

GBCan't Do It Any Better When UPS delivery proved problematic, Travaloo stepped in immediately to remedy the situation - the owner of the company called me to resolve the issue. Now that is great customer service!
