Customer Service On my first order , their warehouse made a mistake and shipped the wrong item, but the way the problem was resolved by customer service was impressive. I highly recommend buying from companies which give you the confidence to buy again. I certainly recommend this company since my replacement delivery was fast and in perfect condition. If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. Posted a promo on a product page that was already on sale for an "additional 20% off" upon subscription to a newsletter. Lo and behold, no discount was forthcoming. Chat representative says it was price as marked. What's the point of the subscription offer I asked. We can remove you from the mailing list was all they offered. I wasn't happy so I was offered a telephone conversation with the business owner. Who then proceeded to make excuse after excuse. So basically he wasted my time only to not give the discount anyway. Wouldn't stop making excuses and got angry because I refused to listen to him. Made more excuses about not being able to change the misleading copy on the website immediately then proceeds to change it to remove the word "additional" but still offers 20% off for email subscription for a product that was being sold price as marked. Is selling mailing lists a side business? Shady. Or dumb. Definitely rude.

Outstanding customer service and good pricing The Bric luggage covers were delivered as expected and on time. I also enjoyed the discount that was received for ordering several items. I will use Travaloo company again as I shopped for new duffels.
