USIf I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. Posted a promo on a product page that was already on sale for an "additional 20% off" upon subscription to a newsletter. Lo and behold, no discount was forthcoming. Chat representative says it was price as marked. What's the point of the subscription offer I asked. We can remove you from the mailing list was all they offered. I wasn't happy so I was offered a telephone conversation with the business owner. Who then proceeded to make excuse after excuse. So basically he wasted my time only to not give the discount anyway. Wouldn't stop making excuses and got angry because I refused to listen to him. Made more excuses about not being able to change the misleading copy on the website immediately then proceeds to change it to remove the word "additional" but still offers 20% off for email subscription for a product that was being sold price as marked. Is selling mailing lists a side business? Shady. Or dumb. Definitely rude.

USCan't Do It Any Better When UPS delivery proved problematic, Travaloo stepped in immediately to remedy the situation - the owner of the company called me to resolve the issue. Now that is great customer service!

USPersonal service from the CEO and a price impossible to beat! Personal service from the CEO on an out of stock item. Couldn’t be happier with the price, customer service and product.
