GBIntentionally deceptive return policy Product and delivery were fine. Company claims "free return shipping," which is technically accurate, but they also charge a very large "restocking fee." I understand that shipping luggage is expensive, but choosing to describe this as "free return shipping" well above the "restocking fee" description on the page is clearly intended to deceive customers into thinking returns are free. No other explanation makes sense.
