GBExcellent customer service. I originally left a bad review due to a bad quality bracelet I received that was meant for my partner’s 30th birthday, but broke within 2 weeks. However, I am now updating my review as I am very impressed and happy with the customer service I received to rectify the issue. I was dealt with efficiently and politely. They sent me a replacement product and they sent me another product of my choosing, free of charge, to apologise for what happened. The replacement product I received was of a better quality and I received it very quickly. Thank you, Karma and Luck, for resolving the issue. It shows that even when things go wrong, this company cares about its customers satisfaction and helps to resolve the issue.

GBThese bracelets are very nice These bracelets are very nice, but when trying to change the stones between bracelets we found the bars that hold them are all different sizes. One of our bracelets broke and we tried to just keep the stone and use it in a deferent one and found it will not fit. Other than that these are great! Wish we could order the different sized bars though or just be able to purchase the ION bracelets by themselves with no bar or stone.

GBHorrible customer service Pieces are nice. However, their customer service sucks. First, I ordered a bracelet based on the website measurements and it was bigger than described; when I emailed them to ask for a replacement they asked me to take a picture with a measuring tape in order to exchange the bracelet. Then, I wanted to return it and they told me I had 30 days to make a return, which I did and paid, and the package arrived later than the 30 days window and they refused to return my money. It doesn’t state anywhere that the item must be delivered to them within the 30 days, you would assume that it would be like in any other company that is has to be shipped within the 30 days. Avoid them at all costs

I love how they package and ship items to you. All the jewelry is stunning and even more pretty in person.
