I ordered an Addidas track pant but on… I ordered an Addidas track pant but on delivery I found it's one size larger. I tried for replacement but the request from on their website is not taking the order number. I tried their contact number but it's not being answered. I feel I have made a mistake as this may not be a genuine company. It's website doesn't even show any customer care number. Can anyone one of those who have given 5 stars in their reviews help in guiding me or giving the contact number etc

Genuine people. This sellers are genuine persons they had sent me dark blue colored track pent instead of sky blue as shown in image in advt. when I returned back they refunded me the amount the moment the person collected returned pent, which prompted me to keep faith on their genuine ness and I purchased more items from them hassle free.

Superb Quality I ordered Adidas Track pant combo and I am very much satisfied with workmanship and quality of products sent by The Online Store. Most impressive was the fabric used. Its super comfortable and flexible at the same it has got a good weight and Fall which are necessary featuees in a quality track pant

Suggestions for improvement ( 1 ) Ordered product should only be send.i.e. colour, size and product pattern should be sent. I had to raise request for exchange 4-5 times, which is not expected.It is wasteful as your paid emlloyees are handling , so also you have to bear multiple courier charges which is not good economics. ( 2 ) Product lacks colour fastness, which is serious.The blue colour has spread to white stripes and Adidas logo in first wash. ( 3 ) The product sold on Adidas site is diffrent , though the image looks same. e.g. the product displayed on Adidas site contains 40 % cotton ,whereas your product is purely synthetic. ( 4 ) sizes should be as per Indian standards. Your 4XL size is same as Indian size of XL . Although size chart is given some customers may order as per Indian size standards inviting unnecessary exchange requests. ( 5 ) Last but not the least, your price is reasonable
