I am happy with the product, there were size issues they resolved it quickly and exchanged the product, the quality of track suit and initial track pant which i had ordered is different, i didn't get why? but overall, it was good experience, its not fraud site, they do deliver, they should have more contact numbers to receive calls

I ordered an Addidas track pant but on… I ordered an Addidas track pant but on delivery I found it's one size larger. I tried for replacement but the request from on their website is not taking the order number. I tried their contact number but it's not being answered. I feel I have made a mistake as this may not be a genuine company. It's website doesn't even show any customer care number. Can anyone one of those who have given 5 stars in their reviews help in guiding me or giving the contact number etc

Suggestions for improvement ( 1 ) Ordered product should only be send.i.e. colour, size and product pattern should be sent. I had to raise request for exchange 4-5 times, which is not expected.It is wasteful as your paid emlloyees are handling , so also you have to bear multiple courier charges which is not good economics. ( 2 ) Product lacks colour fastness, which is serious.The blue colour has spread to white stripes and Adidas logo in first wash. ( 3 ) The product sold on Adidas site is diffrent , though the image looks same. e.g. the product displayed on Adidas site contains 40 % cotton ,whereas your product is purely synthetic. ( 4 ) sizes should be as per Indian standards. Your 4XL size is same as Indian size of XL . Although size chart is given some customers may order as per Indian size standards inviting unnecessary exchange requests. ( 5 ) Last but not the least, your price is reasonable
