Replacement 2 weeks ago I had ordered a Adidas track pant to my surprise this size was small for me had similar size fitting me perfectly when o had bought them in europe.So I had dropped online stores India pvt Ltd a email requesting for a replacement.The service was amazingly fast I received a reply on the same day saying pls pack and keep their delivery man will come and collect he did come within 2 days and within 1 week I got my replacement with no additional charges .I appreciate their service and logistics .Overall amazing customer experience.I wish to give them 5/5.
