I tried for replacement but the request from on their website is not taking the order number. I tried their contact number but it's not being answered. I feel I have made a mistake as this may not be a genuine company. It's website doesn't even show any customer care number. Can anyone one of those who have given 5 stars in their reviews help in guiding me or giving the contact number etc
