Very Helpful and Supportive Ordered two bags which shipped separately. Had an issue with USPS during delivery - one bag was delivered to the wrong address (not the company's fault). The customer service at Holistic Bags has been phenomenal! They have been very helpful and supportive in getting my issue resolved. They offered to send me a replacement bag for the missing one, and I can't thank them enough! They've been wonderful! Highly recommend!

Songs of the Heart The website was easy to use. The discount code was what it said it was going to be. Product arrived in the time-frame given. The items I ordered are beautiful. Looking at the songs on my bag and wallet just makes me smile and start singing the songs in my head. It is wonderful to have a place to shop for faith inspired product.

My bags are beautiful and well worth the wait The bags are beautiful and definitely worth the wait. The only two things I would hope they work on is their delivery and updates. If you order for a special occasion order at least a month and a half to two months ahead of time to make sure it arrives on time. I know keeping someone updated on their order can be a pain but even if you just touch base once a week or every two weeks would probably alleviate someone's anxiety about where their order is. But I will admit every time I reached out someone responded within reasonable time. I ordered two bags and am extremely happy and will be ordering again in the future.
