I was emailed with updates on the progress of my bags and when I could expect their arrival. Both bags arrived earlier than anticipated and in excellent condition! GBI really love my new bags! I received my bags and they are beautiful! They came in separate bags but they both came. I didn't pay for the nice box so they are a little dented from shipping but after a couple days they straightened out. I used one for my church bag and got lots of compliments and shared the website.

GBI had issues with my purchase the boxes…and purses were smashed as well I had issues with my purchase the boxes were smashed as was the purses and reached out and Jennifer .. work hard to get me taken care of .. holistic bags are beautiful! And they stand behind their products and fix the issues ! Thanks again Jen I truly appreciate you doing all that you did! Would recommend this company to anyone! The problem was in Jan and got it fixed with my order arriving yesterday
