I want to say that I have had the best experience ever ordering from you, first you have so many different types of wigs to choose from, your price is great but most important about your customer service is awesome! I made a mixup on my order and immediately you guys took care of it and changed it for me with no problem, and refunded me the difference right away! I receive my wig, within several days after my order was completed and shipped. My wig is excellent quality and it looks great, I am so excited to finally have a company that I can order from and know that I’m going to get great quality and great customer service! I will be a regular customer on a monthly basis can’t wait to order more Wigs!

GBAlways satisfied! I purchased 5 wigs, one wasn’t available or in stock. They all were packaged and shipped in good condition! I liked all but . Probably will try to sale instead of returning. I have been trying to purchased some wigs and crochet hair, but the certain colors I want are never in stock when I check. So you may want to have more of your most popular colors available in stock more. Everything I have ever ordered over the last few years has been awesome!

GBWho’s scamming who? I had checked numerous beauty stores trying to find a certain product and Beauty Empire was the only one that “supposedly” had it in stock. It’s my belief that they incorrectly listed the product and really didn’t have it, much like the other stores. Instead of admitting they took my money under false pretenses, they emailed me stating, “Order #3022900 was canceled because we suspect it is fraudulent and your payment has been refunded”. To me, it seemed as if they were implying I was the one committing fraud. Whereas, if they listed an out-of-stock product and took my money then the fraud would be on their end, not mine. I emailed them back to inquire as to why they thought it was fraudulent, but I never heard back.

GBIf it's out of stock, please say so before you take my money. I wish that your website reflected all the products that were unavailable for purchase. I discovered your store from buying your items through Amazon actually. I am very pleased with your products. It's why I decided to skip the middle man so to speak. Maybe you should take a page from their book though. Don't take the customer's payment until you actually check that you have the item in stock. It is a real hassle. Especially if it's an emergency and you need the hair ASAP. The customer then has to spend more money buying something else, most likely from somewhere else and spend extra money that they didn't plan on spending. Which was the case for me and the situation that you put me in. Don't get me wrong, I did receive my refund. However it's disappointing to see my bank account being used for extra purchases I didn't plan on making at that exact moment. It doesn't make a customer feel safe, satisfied or even have faith in making future purchases with you.
