If it's out of stock, please say so before you take my money. I wish that your website reflected all the products that were unavailable for purchase. I discovered your store from buying your items through Amazon actually. I am very pleased with your products. It's why I decided to skip the middle man so to speak. Maybe you should take a page from their book though. Don't take the customer's payment until you actually check that you have the item in stock. It is a real hassle. Especially if it's an emergency and you need the hair ASAP. The customer then has to spend more money buying something else, most likely from somewhere else and spend extra money that they didn't plan on spending. Which was the case for me and the situation that you put me in. Don't get me wrong, I did receive my refund. However it's disappointing to see my bank account being used for extra purchases I didn't plan on making at that exact moment. It doesn't make a customer feel safe, satisfied or even have faith in making future purchases with you.

Great shipping need better pictures of products for color Shipping was on time came when they said it was coming. I ordered the ruwa 2x ombré. Think the pictures could be better I was thinking it was more color on the bulk but it’s like highlighted and the solid color is close to the ends.
