GBBought two items. I purchased a Sleepy Pod Utility. Had some problems left two messages. No return call. Returned over a week ago no response. Purchased another Sleepy Pod Sport. I hope I don't have a problem. Customer Service isn't what I would expect. Need assistance. Thank you, Byron

GBCustomer Service Shoddy/Unresponsive Customer Service Shoddy/Unresponsive. I placed an order with PetSwag and received items that were incorrect from what I purchased. I've e-mailed (with proof of discrepancies) every day since the error occurred and have called in three times (with voicemails left) and have yet to be responded to. Company has ghosted me completely and I'm out over $100. Aside from that, the order also took longer than two days to ship (even though it was paid for). Honestly, the brands they carry are available elsewhere on the internet (or directly through the brand themselves). For how expensive these boutique/luxe dog brands are, I expected at least responsive support. Be advised, You might be better off going with a different company.

AUTrouble service no response Trouble service, do not response to emails regarding returns. Good luck trying to return an item or exchanging it for the correct size because they don't give you a return address or any information in the post and just don't respond!!!!! Very disappointed. GBGLAD I SPENT $100 for a confirmation email and no product This company straight up took the money out of my account for my order (with expedited shipping costs) sent me a confirmation and then I heard nothing else from them. I have tried contacting them by phone and email several times and have heard nothing back going on 3 weeks now. Avoid at all costs! Just want my order or my money back.

GBDidn't receive an item, no response I ordered and paid for two items as Christmas presents for my sister and her dog. One of the gifts arrived on time, but the second item (a collar) was not in the package and not listed on the receipt in the box, despite being on my online receipt and being charged for the item. I called the customer service line, got not response and left a voicemail. I also emailed the customer service address and got no response. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of response has been unacceptable.
