GBNot happy! I have ordered from them in the past and was happy however, I recently placed an order that never shipped. I have emailed the company twice and left a voicemail with no reply to any of my attempts to reach them. I have seen similar reviews so I have disputed the charge since they took my funds immediately. Very unprofessional.

GBGood quality item, but customer service could be improved I ordered a Jax & Bones bed for one of my daughter's dogs knowing the site said delivery would be the end of January. I had to contact customer service Jan. 31st to ask what happened to delivery of my order as there was no notification about shipment. Only then was I informed the item was not in stock & there would be further delay. I was told to expect delivery one day after it's shipped from the manufacturer by midweek Wed. Waited for notice of delivery but no dog bed Friday or Saturday, so had to contact customer service again to ask what happened. Although the dog bed was finally delivered, I'd probably order from another store next time.

GBCustomer Service Shoddy/Unresponsive Customer Service Shoddy/Unresponsive. I placed an order with PetSwag and received items that were incorrect from what I purchased. I've e-mailed (with proof of discrepancies) every day since the error occurred and have called in three times (with voicemails left) and have yet to be responded to. Company has ghosted me completely and I'm out over $100. Aside from that, the order also took longer than two days to ship (even though it was paid for). Honestly, the brands they carry are available elsewhere on the internet (or directly through the brand themselves). For how expensive these boutique/luxe dog brands are, I expected at least responsive support. Be advised, You might be better off going with a different company.

GBTrouble service Trouble with service, they do not response to emails regarding returns. There is NO PHONE NUMBER. THE FAKE NUMBERS ON LINE GOES TO SOME SURVEY!! Good luck trying to return an item or exchanging it for the correct size because they don't give you a return address or any information in the post and just don't respond!!!!! Very disappointed. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. ALSO THE DOG HARNESS IS A BAD DESIGN AND CHOKES OUR DOG. That's why was trying to return it. Still NO answer from an email and no phone contact number. So out $40. I guess?

GBBought two items. I purchased a Sleepy Pod Utility. Had some problems left two messages. No return call. Returned over a week ago no response. Purchased another Sleepy Pod Sport. I hope I don't have a problem. Customer Service isn't what I would expect. Need assistance. Thank you, Byron
