AUTrouble service no response Trouble service, do not response to emails regarding returns. Good luck trying to return an item or exchanging it for the correct size because they don't give you a return address or any information in the post and just don't respond!!!!! Very disappointed. GBCustomer Service Shoddy/Unresponsive Customer Service Shoddy/Unresponsive. I placed an order with PetSwag and received items that were incorrect from what I purchased. I've e-mailed (with proof of discrepancies) every day since the error occurred and have called in three times (with voicemails left) and have yet to be responded to. Company has ghosted me completely and I'm out over $100. Aside from that, the order also took longer than two days to ship (even though it was paid for). Honestly, the brands they carry are available elsewhere on the internet (or directly through the brand themselves). For how expensive these boutique/luxe dog brands are, I expected at least responsive support. Be advised, You might be better off going with a different company.

GBGood prices, poor customer service. I was promised expedited shipping (if it was possible) because of delay in availability of items from distributor. If that wasn't possible, I was told that they would work to delay shipping so that the items wouldn't be sitting around delivered for the two weeks we'd be on vacation. Instead I got a shipping notice that the items would in fact arrive during our vacation. I got no follow up re: the earlier promises. I sent two further emails about this but got no response. Then I tried to call several times but t heir customer service always goes to voice mail.

GBExtremely poor service Extremely poor service! I ordered an interactive dog ball on 11/07/22 for a Christmas present. Ordered plenty early for this. I used PayPal since I hadn’t purchased from this company prior to this. I contacted the company myself & thru PayPal several times before Xmas & now after. Each time I get the standard “ congratulations, it’s on the way” reply email but the product never arrives. This AM I contacted them again, for the fifth time per email. This time, I no longer care about the ball but want my $21.98 refunded ASAP. Still doubtful they will follow through & I will have to take further action. Please don’t waste your money on this scam.
