PKMost Gorgeous designs and best customer service! Best customer service (and very prompt) even in this COVID climate. They managed to deliver all way to Pakistan and also sent a replacement without any charge. This shows they are commitment. Plus, Kult designs are gorgeous. I own three of them now - 2 for IPhone 12 Pro Max and 1 for S20+. They get so much attention and compliments due to their beautiful designs and quality. I would recommend aesthetically zoned folks to get Kult cases as their phones will definitely stand out. Thanks Vlad for your prompt and great customer service. Cheers ✌🏽

AEWill I ever receive my package?( Updated ) My review has changed as I have finally received by package. I have to say the packaging and the cases look very beautiful and they are very sturdy and for that normally I would leave a 5 star review…. But the delivery took a lot longer than the advertised time and only after a long conversation with their support staff( very useful ) I received my cases.

GBGREAT customer service! Very pleased with my purchase. Due to weather conditions and the postal service problems, my order was running late. I received an email explaining the situation and an apology and an estimate on when my order would be picked up. When I did get my order I loved it! Great material, fit great. And the colors are very bright and vivid. Overall their customer service was fantastic and I would definitely recommend buying from them and if there is an issue they will very good at helping to resolve it!

CHBest Customer Support by far! I had an issue with a product. I wrote the support and got the best help i could ever expect! They answered in like 15-20 minutes and gave theor best to help me with my issue. Also i love how great it is to have those epic Designs on my Phone AND my applewatch it looks so great holy!

AUEither this company is a scam or grossly incompetent, sadly can't reccomend I ordered on the 11th of February and still haven't received anything now in the second week of May. I've sent a few emails asking what's going on and and first got a 'your product was shipped but without tracking, would you like us to send another straight away?' to which I agreed yes, I would. I then sent a follow up email after another few weeks had passed asking what the status was and if there was any tracking available for the second package. I then received another email telling me they had dispatched my order once again and that was on the 31st of March. Still nothing. I'm going to send another email to them telling them that either I get my package by the end of the month or a refund, otherwise I'm taking this to PayPal. I can't recommend this company, either they're just scamming a percentage of their customers and stringing them along or they can't run their own business effectively. Very sad, because their products are quite beautiful and I was looking forward to using them long term.
