USGreat Experience I ordered a 4XL TheDogFace Dog Raincoat & Windbreaker - Snowfield for my 80lb 13 mos old Golden and it came in about 2 weeks. I ordered the 4XL based on the size chart. The jacket fits but it is snug. When he runs the velcro tends to come undone. I contacted the company about an exchange and they were very helpful in getting me the appropriate size. I went with their largest size in 5XL at a very low extra cost and I was able to keep my original order. I will be using it as a gift for a friend! Thanks!

USI ordered on April 5 and as of today I ordered on April 5 and as of today, April 30, I have not received my item. The website just says shipped and includes no tracking number. I have made multiple attempts to contact this company for the past week with no response. Total scam. Update: Love the response below about contacting the support team. That email address doesn’t work and I get a return to sender response. Finally got a response after a week of waiting from the original email address and they told me to either check with my neighbors or contact USPS (useless) and see what they say or pay shipping for another item. Refused to refund my $40 purchase. Won’t be ordering again!

USScam Order took over 3 weeks to ship my order and then, when i emailed them about it, it suddenly said it was shipped and “delivered” in the same day, but my package never came. They’re claiming since i received a delivery email that it must have been stolen and won’t give me a refund or a new product.

USOrder delivery timing questionable Perhaps I'll think better of the company IF the order is ever delivered. They said 10 days. It's been 7 and the USPS tracking number shows that USPS doesn't yet have it. We're feeling skeptical. In 'chats' on their site they say it will get there but .. when there's no movement at all, one wonders.

USI ordered about 20 days ago and still… I ordered about 20 days ago and still haven’t received my order. Very disappointed in this type of customer service. No tracking number just an email saying order was processed.
