Exactly what we needed Exactly what we needed! I think I have made some cones we have borrowed four or five and bought at least three trying to find something that does not make our cat miserable and also keeps him from biting himself. I saw the flat one from Lily and Max and thought this might do the job. It is perfect. Not only can he not reach his body to bite but he is perfectly comfortable in it running around the house, eating, drinking and sleeping using his new Elizabethan collar for a pillow. I am so glad I found your product!

Donna is an amazing woman that went way beyond to please your customers. Hi, I had ordered a dogface jacket for a gift and it was too small. I dealt with a wonderful employee who was very helpful. She went above and beyond to help us. She sent another one at a very reasonable price and shipping. Now after receiving the 2nd one, a medium red, it also was to small. Now, Donna was so professional in how she helped resolve the problem. I sent in the measurements and Donna said I would need an Xtra large. And, I would just have to pay for the shipping. She is an amazing employee that really goes above and beyond to help your customers keep going back to buy your products. You are lucky to have her. Dale Martin

Happy with my purchase The only issue I had was I never received an email confirmation. After several days I started backtracking. I found the sale on my credit card and had to research the name of the seller, which was not Lilly an Max. I sent an email to find out what was going on and received an extremely quick response. I was very pleased with that and my item arrived the next day. I’m very happy with the quality and the quick response when I had questions.

I ordered on April 5 and as of today I ordered on April 5 and as of today, April 30, I have not received my item. The website just says shipped and includes no tracking number. I have made multiple attempts to contact this company for the past week with no response. Total scam. Update: Love the response below about contacting the support team. That email address doesn’t work and I get a return to sender response. Finally got a response after a week of waiting from the original email address and they told me to either check with my neighbors or contact USPS (useless) and see what they say or pay shipping for another item. Refused to refund my $40 purchase. Won’t be ordering again!
