Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Received a damaged product with scratches. Sent a photo of the damages to customer support to get an exchange or refund. Customer service responded with a list of questions including the request of a video of the damaged product. After providing everything they have asked for, they still have yet to accommodate me, with one excuse after another. I will never use this company again.

wonderful bag I like that it holds my monopod on the side of it and I can take all my gear with me inside it on my motorcycle as well as in my truck. The semi hard shell inspires confidence that nothing is going to get damaged by an accidental blow to it and it's fairly roomy for an amateur photographer (me) that doesn't have a whole lot of equipment. When walking around with it I usually just throw it over one shoulder and the grab handle comes in handy for carrying also.

Perfect lightweight camera tripod! I ordered the lightweight camera tripod. It is awesome ! Perfect size, good quality materials, and super lightweight too !!! I needed this tripod for my Grand Canyon trip next May 2022. I'm totally satisfied with my purchase. I even setup my Canon camera with 200mm lense on the tripod. Excellent stability! I would "highly" recommend this Endurax tripod to any serious photographer!!!
