Absolutely Beautiful ❤️ This was our first time ordering online from PromDress and we were EXTREMELY Happy! The dress we ordered for my granddaughters sweet sixteenth Birthday which is coming up in September was absolutely Hands Down the most beautiful dress we’ve Ever seen. So I will Highly Recommend Promdress to anyone searching for a beautiful dress for any special occasions.

Not the size we thought My daughter was measured before we ordered and we got a size bigger then we needed because it was a corset back. But the fabric that hides your skin was to small it was about 3 inches to short on both sides. Ended up getting a different dress because wouldn't have time to ship it back and order a different one and it get here in time for prom. Not satisfied at all...

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING - UNHELPFUL (AT BEST) Couture Candy out of California has same policies and was delightful to work with. Prom Dress Shop - Rude Customer service! Unreasonable - no exceptions and unfriendly. Someone named Jill wouldn't even listen to reasons why the five day return was not possible- one of which the dresses arrived during spring break and we were gone. We now have 2 dresses that have never been worn. They were literally taken out of the box 3 times to try on (less that 10 minutes of total time) Most proms across the nation have not taken place. Very unpleasant people. Unpleasantly shared that other customers have tried to sell dresses on Ebay or Poshmark which leads me to believe this is a common occurrence.

Selection is amazing and… Selection is amazing and return/exchange policy takes away the stress of the "All sales final" policy offered at most boutiques. My daughters dress arrived promptly and it is beautiful.

Not good on returns Bought a dress didn’t fit me and wanna return it and I have to pay a 10% restocking charge. Plus I have to pay for shipping. Never seen a company work like this. Not a company you want to order a dress from.
