You will never get your wig I am a Diamond VIP customer, so I've spent over $4000 with MyFirstWig. Recently, their shipping processes have been horrible. I placed an order on March 31, requesting the wig be delivered by April 12 because I will be leaving the country for a significant life event. I even sent them a separate email stating this(including my order number & pictures for reference). Since then, I've been going back and forth via email about things repeatedly and again, repeating myself. Each time, I include my order number. It is now April 9, and Naomi says that she cannot find my order and I should send her a screenshot of my order or order number & pictures for reference. This is ridiculous! So, what was My First Wig reviewing when we went back and forth with emails since March 31? My order number & reference pictures were also included in the emails. My last few orders have been like this, but now I'm in a bind because I cannot choose an alternative company because they will need more time to make and deliver the wig. MyFirstWig DO BETTER.
