OVER CHARGED I ordered ONE wig that came out to $169 after the discounts were added. Then I get a notification from my bank that I was charged $169 four times. Plus, I also selected the option to use my debit card however it said that I used PAYPAL when I never selected that option because I dnt have a PAYPAL account. So basically my bank asked if I wanted to BLOCK this purchase I told them YES. BUT now I have to get another debit card. This really sucks and this is such an inconvenience for me to have to change my debit card because this company seems like it may be scam.

Ridiculously slow despatch time frame! I'm now going into my 4th week of waiting for my order to be despatched. Let alone arrive! Their website states processing takes 3-5 working days for straight hair. When enquiring after around 7 days (I ordered on the 19th march) I was told it would take 10-12 working days which came as a surprise. When I complained they offered me a credit and told me my order would be expedited for the inconvenience. My last communication told me my order would be sent on Wednesday (3rd april). Well, Wednesday came and went and after emailing I received an auto out of office that the company would be on a public holiday until 6th April. Honestly, don't even want the wig anymore. Ordered this particular style for a wedding I was a bridesmaid in, leaving plenty of time for this to be recieved according to their despatch and delivery time frames. I just want my money back now, which is sad as I was very excited to recieve the wig and had heard good things about MyFirstWig. Wondering if the good reviews are fake or if I've just been super unlucky?

Best customer service This is one of the greatest customer service experiences I've ever had. They bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied with my wig. I had to return first wig due to not liking the color and they exchanged to another more expensive wig without charging me extra and even sent me photos of my replacement wig to make sure I was happy. The wig is OMG the bomb. Please don't hesitate to buy from this company. The hair is absolutely beautiful and I will be buying with them again.

Zero Competition! To anyone out there reading this, MY FIRST WIG is the real and official website. Do not confuse this amazing company with other scam companies of similar name. That being said, I have been a customer for years and hands down this is THE BEST wig company online. I have ordered tons of wigs from them and the quality is always top notch, no shedding and just as pictured. They actually take pride in their work and I have seen them innovate again and again (the air lace is the best out there). Customer service is also excellent. It takes a little time to get the order (usually about 2 weeks), so just plan around that. Other than this, no complaints. I will shop here forever and ever!

Always Great Quality They kept me up to date from processing to shipping. The shipping was fast and the hair came just as advertised. I’ve been ordering through them for years and never had a problem. I’ve ordered through Amazon and Ali Express but I could never get the great quality wigs that MyFirstWig has provided.
