I’ve been ordering through them for years and never had a problem. I’ve ordered through Amazon and Ali Express but I could never get the great quality wigs that MyFirstWig has provided.

GBMissing order… Dear my First Wigs Team, I would like to enquire about the satus of my order as it seems nothing has progressed since I placed the order on the 28th March. I have contacted your team twice by e-mail but still no response. Could you let me know when this will be shipped? If not I would then request a full refund please. Or a case will be raised.

USYou will never get your wig I am a Diamond VIP customer, so I've spent over $4000 with MyFirstWig. Recently, their shipping processes have been horrible. I placed an order on March 31, requesting the wig be delivered by April 12 because I will be leaving the country for a significant life event. I even sent them a separate email stating this(including my order number & pictures for reference). Since then, I've been going back and forth via email about things repeatedly and again, repeating myself. Each time, I include my order number. It is now April 9, and Naomi says that she cannot find my order and I should send her a screenshot of my order or order number & pictures for reference. This is ridiculous! So, what was My First Wig reviewing when we went back and forth with emails since March 31? My order number & reference pictures were also included in the emails. My last few orders have been like this, but now I'm in a bind because I cannot choose an alternative company because they will need more time to make and deliver the wig. MyFirstWig DO BETTER.

GBRidiculously slow despatch time frame! I'm now going into my 4th week of waiting for my order to be despatched. Let alone arrive! Their website states processing takes 3-5 working days for straight hair. When enquiring after around 7 days (I ordered on the 19th march) I was told it would take 10-12 working days which came as a surprise. When I complained they offered me a credit and told me my order would be expedited for the inconvenience. My last communication told me my order would be sent on Wednesday (3rd april). Well, Wednesday came and went and after emailing I received an auto out of office that the company would be on a public holiday until 6th April. Honestly, don't even want the wig anymore. Ordered this particular style for a wedding I was a bridesmaid in, leaving plenty of time for this to be recieved according to their despatch and delivery time frames. I just want my money back now, which is sad as I was very excited to recieve the wig and had heard good things about MyFirstWig. Wondering if the good reviews are fake or if I've just been super unlucky?

USI have been ordering from them for a… I have been ordering from them for a long time. This past couple of years I have been getting inferior hair. I truly believe the hair is being switched in transit because it’s not what I ordered. Then I was ask to turn this last messy hair at my cost. I will never order another wig from them again. Stop trying to push a fake website on people, it’s just a fake agenda.
