Ridiculously slow despatch time frame! I'm now going into my 4th week of waiting for my order to be despatched. Let alone arrive! Their website states processing takes 3-5 working days for straight hair. When enquiring after around 7 days (I ordered on the 19th march) I was told it would take 10-12 working days which came as a surprise. When I complained they offered me a credit and told me my order would be expedited for the inconvenience. My last communication told me my order would be sent on Wednesday (3rd april). Well, Wednesday came and went and after emailing I received an auto out of office that the company would be on a public holiday until 6th April. Honestly, don't even want the wig anymore. Ordered this particular style for a wedding I was a bridesmaid in, leaving plenty of time for this to be recieved according to their despatch and delivery time frames. I just want my money back now, which is sad as I was very excited to recieve the wig and had heard good things about MyFirstWig. Wondering if the good reviews are fake or if I've just been super unlucky?

Great Experience Excellent quality wigs and superb customer service! I receive several compliments on my hair. I love how they offer different wig cap sizes, styles, colors and the ability to customize a wig to your liking. I used to shop through another brand but now myfirstwig is the only place I shop. Make sure that you shopping through myfirstwig.com and not any other wig website. There are a lot of scammers out there and you want to make sure that you receive the same great customer service and glamorous wigs as me :-)

I am in love The wig smelled clean, had no shedding, was soft to the touch, tangle-free, and easy to curl, The color was accurate and beautiful, and it was pre-plucked and ready to go, the lace melted nicely and looked very natural, the lace was already tinted and there is a lot of parking space. I am so in love with this wig.

Each time i had a question, someone always came to me with true answers and often pictures of the actual products i would receive. Even the return process was fast and easy. MFW representative! MFW sent me an email questioning the size cap of the second wig I ordered from them because instead of Med. I ordered a Sm. This tells me that I'm dealing with a live person representing MFW and not a Bot. I went old school and lightened the wig color by mixing peroxide and a large glob of creamed conditioner...mixed both together, combed it thru the hair then placed it in a plastic bag for 6-8 hr. Then I trimmed the hair. The hair itself is soft and does not TANGLE!
