USI’m not a fan of the return policy I’m not a fan of the return policy. I think you should be able to return sale items (maybe at your own expense if sale). I used the sizing guide and the item I got was still too big. I was very appreciative of the return exception made. I subsequently purchased a different item with defective stitching. A quick and easy return was made. Staff is always kind and respectful. I have several Bleusalt pieces now and enjoy them.

USExcellent experience & easy to checkout… Excellent experience & easy to checkout fast shipping and a+ communication . My only “complaint “ if it is one- is that I dont personally believe that its an equitable offering to give an extra discount for those who use the app For purchases… My mum is in her 80s and would not know how to operate an app & im sure there are others..(download etc) - it shld be the same across the board. App or not.

USStylish and sustainable clothing The clothes are beautiful, they're functional & stylish, each piece can be dressed up or down and I really love that it's sustainable fashion. I appreciate the reward program because it helps with my budget. I do wish when buying clothes online, there could be an exchange policy for different sizes. Especially if item was purchased with reward points or on sale.
