As I wrote before, I highly recommend you read the refund policy before placing your order and if you have a problem, then contact them via DM. It seems like that is the fastest way to talk with Bleusalt. Overall, I appreciate their support. The reason that I rated four stars here is I am not satisfied with my previous order. I love their design and fit, but the quality wasn't good enough for my standard. I am not going to write the full details here. Living in any country other than United States is a disadvantage because we don’t have any app for extra discount and bonuses. All customers should have same opportunity’s for discount no matter where you live. The point system has changed and not for the better. Customer Service is good and shipping is very reasonable along with exchange and return process. Styles are great and colours are lovely. The styling videos are wonderful and sizing inclusion is amazing. The live shows on Instagram are a must see. Very informative. The capsule collection is a favourite of mine.

I’m not a fan of the return policy I’m not a fan of the return policy. I think you should be able to return sale items (maybe at your own expense if sale). I used the sizing guide and the item I got was still too big. I was very appreciative of the return exception made. I subsequently purchased a different item with defective stitching. A quick and easy return was made. Staff is always kind and respectful. I have several Bleusalt pieces now and enjoy them.
