GBStylish and sustainable clothing The clothes are beautiful, they're functional & stylish, each piece can be dressed up or down and I really love that it's sustainable fashion. I appreciate the reward program because it helps with my budget. I do wish when buying clothes online, there could be an exchange policy for different sizes. Especially if item was purchased with reward points or on sale.

GBProducts are wonderful, some areas for improvement Products are wonderful, love that the fabric is the same and we can add new colors or style seasonally. I do think your return rules are not consistent with what we are used to with other manufacturers or retailers. You advertise sales often. But we get surprised that we can’t return. After trial and error I know my size. I fear you have some mad customers. Your sizing isn’t always consistent. I have 5 items all size 3. I’m a 6/8 in every other line. In yours large. I’d also add a “sort by size” to your App. We can shop much easier! Keep improving we will keep buying!

GBVery responsive customer service I would like to commend Bleusalt for reading and responding to my prior negative review. I am taking the time to rescind and amend my review. I have never taken the time to rescind a negative review, but in this case I think it is warranted. ***This is my prior review- Now rescinded ( Deceptive and Unscrupulous. Their "sale" clothing is final sale (!?) This is NOT posted. This is a secret. The item shows a sale price. There is NO notification of final sale when the item is veiwed. No notification at all. The site sends emails advertising the sale with NOT ONE WORD that these are final sales. When the item is added to the cart, there is NO notification that this item is final sale. I have NEVER, EVER seen a company NOT TELL the customer that an item is final sale. NEVER. ) ***Again I commend their response and help.

GBWonderful product, not so wonderful return policy I love, love the fabric, the style, and the fit. I got my first piece a few weeks ago and immediately ordered another one. However, your return policy for reduced items does keep me from purchasing more - I think you should make it easier to exchange pieces, especially if it is just a sizing or color issue and not a refund.

GBI’m not a fan of the return policy I’m not a fan of the return policy. I think you should be able to return sale items (maybe at your own expense if sale). I used the sizing guide and the item I got was still too big. I was very appreciative of the return exception made. I subsequently purchased a different item with defective stitching. A quick and easy return was made. Staff is always kind and respectful. I have several Bleusalt pieces now and enjoy them.
