For people who live on the other side of the country and aren’t sure of their size this doesn’t create repeat business.

Stylish and sustainable clothing The clothes are beautiful, they're functional & stylish, each piece can be dressed up or down and I really love that it's sustainable fashion. I appreciate the reward program because it helps with my budget. I do wish when buying clothes online, there could be an exchange policy for different sizes. Especially if item was purchased with reward points or on sale.

Products are wonderful, some areas for improvement Products are wonderful, love that the fabric is the same and we can add new colors or style seasonally. I do think your return rules are not consistent with what we are used to with other manufacturers or retailers. You advertise sales often. But we get surprised that we can’t return. After trial and error I know my size. I fear you have some mad customers. Your sizing isn’t always consistent. I have 5 items all size 3. I’m a 6/8 in every other line. In yours large. I’d also add a “sort by size” to your App. We can shop much easier! Keep improving we will keep buying!

Totally arrogant company Appauling customer service. Cancelled my order because they had an issue with Apple Pay. Payment left my bank account quick enough so can’t see why. They said it wasn’t their fault and just cancelled the order and issued refund . I’ve Ordered £000 worth of clothing over the years but the have got too big for their boots and lost focus of customer service . Arrogance .!

Got my refund I sent DM to Bleusalt and Lyndie Benson replied and processed my return directly. As I wrote before, I highly recommend you read the refund policy before placing your order and if you have a problem, then contact them via DM. It seems like that is the fastest way to talk with Bleusalt. Overall, I appreciate their support. The reason that I rated four stars here is I am not satisfied with my previous order. I love their design and fit, but the quality wasn't good enough for my standard. I am not going to write the full details here. You can see all the positive reviews for their brand quality, so it is your call!
