GBPoor Service, Poor Logistics, Poor Support. Like many others have experienced, Boundary Supply appears to operate in bad faith. Ordered an "In Stock, Ready to Ship" bag as well as several accessories on November 19th. Two weeks after the order, I sent an email having not received shipping information. I was told they were delayed and would ship in 48 hours. One week later, I follow up and they say their warehouse had logistics issues. The following week I reach out and was given a USPS tracking number that sat idle for over a week without any information or actual shipment. The order has now missed a trip it was needed for, and won't even arrive before the holidays. Even if the bag is any good, Boundary Supply clearly has terrible customer service, logistics, and support.

TWThe module design idea is fantastic and… The module design idea is fantastic and also more eco friendly to allow user customize their own bag as they want, no need to buy many bags. The materials, the quality of the bag are really well made and environmental friendly also make me really decide to buy it. Compared to other camera bag brand’s products in the same range ou price and propose, this is the best in my opinion. Specially when I see those different bag which sell on lien, once I saw them in real, right away I see the difference! No regard! Really satisfied!

SGHorrible quality product on the Errant… Horrible quality product on the Errant backpack. The nylon waterproof coating starts cracking and peeling and within 4 years of very light use, it’s virtually unusable. Customer service is nonchalant about this and really can’t be bothered

CASame experience as other people Same experience as other people. I put an order in. Auto confirmation came back. They charged my credit card. No shipping confirmation. No product received. No response from service after three attempts. No other contact information. It would appear they are out of business or just really bad at business. Avoid.

SGQuestionable Durability Bought their Errant backpack maybe 3 years ago. Used it almost daily for the first year, then maybe once weekly in the previous 2 years as I started working and brought a work bag instead. Since then, the zipper pulls (not the zips, but the material they attach to it) has all broken off, the layer on the top has been damaged. I know these things don't last forever, but although they felt really sturdy when I first got them, they didn't stand the test of time
