Ordered an "In Stock, Ready to Ship" bag as well as several accessories on November 20th. Two weeks after the order, I sent an email having not received shipping information. I was told they were delayed and would ship in 48 hours. 2 week later, I follow up and no news at all.I never get shipping track number. Also they say some item was not available but is already available on web site. The order has never be sent and no solution founded. Christmas gift is dead. Boundary Supply clearly has terrible customer service, logistics, and support.

Same experience as other people Same experience as other people. I put an order in. Auto confirmation came back. They charged my credit card. No shipping confirmation. No product received. No response from service after three attempts. No other contact information. It would appear they are out of business or just really bad at business. Avoid.

Liked but then.... Very comfortable pants with excellent wearability range. I've used them rigorously since receiving them from skiing to walking the dog and working to lounge wear. Would not recommend for temperatures above 50f even with the vents open. I love them however the zipper failed on one pocket, 4 months in. We'll see how the warranty department handles the repair.

Great bag! Great system! ... and the magnets?! Great Bag! Great modular system... practical in so many ways... purchased prima and the camera insert... a versatile combination good for any occasion. Love the bag... and did I mention magnets?! the best! This bag is far more practical than the McKinnon Nomatic bag I purchased and have never truly used -- except for the day pack... it's cumbersome and access is limited by comparison for my needs and habits... great bag... delighted I finally pulled the trigger and purchased it.

Falsely selling goods promising taxes and duties included in sale price, before you get slammed by hidden fees. The company guaranteed no extra fees or duties at checkout, and contrary to that I was charged exorbitant amounts (100% the purchase price) in taxes and duties upon receiving my purchase. After contacting their customer service, they gave me the run around before ghosting me altogether. The bag was actually not bad, but not perfect either.
