USPoor Service, Poor Logistics, Poor Support. Like many others have experienced, Boundary Supply appears to operate in bad faith. Ordered an "In Stock, Ready to Ship" bag as well as several accessories on November 19th. Two weeks after the order, I sent an email having not received shipping information. I was told they were delayed and would ship in 48 hours. One week later, I follow up and they say their warehouse had logistics issues. The following week I reach out and was given a USPS tracking number that sat idle for over a week without any information or actual shipment. The order has now missed a trip it was needed for, and won't even arrive before the holidays. Even if the bag is any good, Boundary Supply clearly has terrible customer service, logistics, and support.

SGHorrible quality product on the Errant… Horrible quality product on the Errant backpack. The nylon waterproof coating starts cracking and peeling and within 4 years of very light use, it’s virtually unusable. Customer service is nonchalant about this and really can’t be bothered

USSimply amazing Simply amazing. Both the quality of the product, and the customer service. I bought a couple of Boundary items that were supposed to go together. Note: bought them from a retailer, not directly from Boundary. Attaching one to the other didn't quite seem to work well. I took pictures and sent them to Boundary customer service via their website. Got a quick reply from Kailey, who said that one of the items is from a newer line, and the other is from the older. Boundary offered to replace one item directly to make them match. Absolutely free of charge. Two months after my purchase. Love the quality. And I didn't think such customer service existed anymore!!

USCame all the way here to warn everyone… Came all the way here to warn everyone not to buy anything from here. Charging shipping both ways if you're unsatisfied with a product. It's 2023, you're an online retailer, customers are spending $80+ on an item sight unseen, and no return label? Basically paid $20 to look at the bag for 5 mins and realized that it sucks. Terrible customer service. No attempt to make things right.

CASame experience as other people Same experience as other people. I put an order in. Auto confirmation came back. They charged my credit card. No shipping confirmation. No product received. No response from service after three attempts. No other contact information. It would appear they are out of business or just really bad at business. Avoid.
