GBTerrible experience I ordered a backpack through their “try before you buy” option which according to their website won’t charge me until 5 days after delivery. However, my card has already been charged the full amount. The item hasn’t shipped and I emailed them multiple times regarding this and still haven’t heard back. It’s now 9/8 and no shipping updates or responses through their customer service inbox. Awful experience and terrible customer service. Would never purchase anything from this company and suggest avoiding at all costs.

GBOutstanding bag and outstanding customer service I bought my Prima System back in 2018 and it has been, hands down, the best bag I've ever owned and I'm a bag snob. It's been up and down mountains, everywhere I've travelled all over the world, to and from my office every day and has been as comfortable and practical as I could have hoped. The organization is perfect, not too much, not too little. I've never had an issue with the bag until the zip on the side pocket finally gave out after 6 years. I took it to a local tailor and they were unable to help so I reached out to Boundary and their customer service got me set. I really couldn't ask for anything more from this bag or from Boundary. I recommend them to anyone looking for a solid bag that will last.

GBAmazing Pack - Amazing Support After doing a ton of research, I finally decided on the Errant Pro X-Pack from Boundary. It was a bit of a mission to find because it was sold out everywhere, but I managed to snag one from a distributor in Hong Kong who was able to ship it to me quickly. When it arrived, I was thrilled, but I noticed one of the fid-lock clasps was faulty. I reached out to Boundary Supply, and they were on it right away, unfortunately they didn't have any replacements in stock as they bag is on backorder for months. They suggested I try reaching out to the distributor for another bag, and offered to re-imburse them, unfortunately the distributor was un-responsive, and it didn't work out. Boundary Supply didn't leave me hanging, though. They offered a few solutions to fix the issue. I landed on just buying a replacement fid-lock and installing it myself. When I told them, they went above and beyond and sent me the tech bag I'd been heavily eyeing, completely free of charge for my troubles. Overall, I'm thrilled with my experience with Boundary Supply and my new Errant Pro X-Pack. Despite the initial hiccup, it's a fantastic and stunning backpack, and Kailey from their customer service team was top-notch.

QALike many others have experienced Like many others have experienced, Boundary Supply appears to operate in bad faith. Ordered an "In Stock, Ready to Ship" bag as well as several accessories on November 20th. Two weeks after the order, I sent an email having not received shipping information. I was told they were delayed and would ship in 48 hours. 2 week later, I follow up and no news at all.I never get shipping track number. Also they say some item was not available but is already available on web site. The order has never be sent and no solution founded. Christmas gift is dead. Boundary Supply clearly has terrible customer service, logistics, and support.

GBStarted off seeing the Arclite sling… Started off seeing the Arclite sling was no longer in stock; messaged the folks at Boundary supply and they responded with quickly with details when it'll be back in stock. Was told they'll let me know and they did send a follow up email when to expect it and pre-order. Fast forward to present and it's now my second favorite bag right behind my Goruck Echo. Great communication and equally great product!
