GBSimply amazing Simply amazing. Both the quality of the product, and the customer service. I bought a couple of Boundary items that were supposed to go together. Note: bought them from a retailer, not directly from Boundary. Attaching one to the other didn't quite seem to work well. I took pictures and sent them to Boundary customer service via their website. Got a quick reply from Kailey, who said that one of the items is from a newer line, and the other is from the older. Boundary offered to replace one item directly to make them match. Absolutely free of charge. Two months after my purchase. Love the quality. And I didn't think such customer service existed anymore!!

SGHorrible quality product on the Errant… Horrible quality product on the Errant backpack. The nylon waterproof coating starts cracking and peeling and within 4 years of very light use, it’s virtually unusable. Customer service is nonchalant about this and really can’t be bothered

GBStarted off seeing the Arclite sling… Started off seeing the Arclite sling was no longer in stock; messaged the folks at Boundary supply and they responded with quickly with details when it'll be back in stock. Was told they'll let me know and they did send a follow up email when to expect it and pre-order. Fast forward to present and it's now my second favorite bag right behind my Goruck Echo. Great communication and equally great product!

QALike many others have experienced Like many others have experienced, Boundary Supply appears to operate in bad faith. Ordered an "In Stock, Ready to Ship" bag as well as several accessories on November 20th. Two weeks after the order, I sent an email having not received shipping information. I was told they were delayed and would ship in 48 hours. 2 week later, I follow up and no news at all.I never get shipping track number. Also they say some item was not available but is already available on web site. The order has never be sent and no solution founded. Christmas gift is dead. Boundary Supply clearly has terrible customer service, logistics, and support.

CASame experience as other people Same experience as other people. I put an order in. Auto confirmation came back. They charged my credit card. No shipping confirmation. No product received. No response from service after three attempts. No other contact information. It would appear they are out of business or just really bad at business. Avoid.
