Amazing Pack - Amazing Support After doing a ton of research, I finally decided on the Errant Pro X-Pack from Boundary. It was a bit of a mission to find because it was sold out everywhere, but I managed to snag one from a distributor in Hong Kong who was able to ship it to me quickly. When it arrived, I was thrilled, but I noticed one of the fid-lock clasps was faulty. I reached out to Boundary Supply, and they were on it right away, unfortunately they didn't have any replacements in stock as they bag is on backorder for months. They suggested I try reaching out to the distributor for another bag, and offered to re-imburse them, unfortunately the distributor was un-responsive, and it didn't work out. Boundary Supply didn't leave me hanging, though. They offered a few solutions to fix the issue. I landed on just buying a replacement fid-lock and installing it myself. When I told them, they went above and beyond and sent me the tech bag I'd been heavily eyeing, completely free of charge for my troubles. Overall, I'm thrilled with my experience with Boundary Supply and my new Errant Pro X-Pack. Despite the initial hiccup, it's a fantastic and stunning backpack, and Kailey from their customer service team was top-notch.

Outstanding bag and outstanding customer service I bought my Prima System back in 2018 and it has been, hands down, the best bag I've ever owned and I'm a bag snob. It's been up and down mountains, everywhere I've travelled all over the world, to and from my office every day and has been as comfortable and practical as I could have hoped. The organization is perfect, not too much, not too little. I've never had an issue with the bag until the zip on the side pocket finally gave out after 6 years. I took it to a local tailor and they were unable to help so I reached out to Boundary and their customer service got me set. I really couldn't ask for anything more from this bag or from Boundary. I recommend them to anyone looking for a solid bag that will last.

I recently received my new backpack and… I recently received my new backpack and I am thoroughly impressed. The backpack looks fantastic and matches exactly with the manufacturer’s description. The quality is evident in every stitch and it meets all my expectations. The service provided by the company was incredible. The shipping was really fast, which was a pleasant surprise. But what stood out the most was the post-sale support. They were attentive, helpful, and ensured that I had a great experience. I highly recommend this backpack to anyone in need of a reliable and stylish option, and I commend the company for their excellent service. Looking forward to more purchases in the future!

Falsely selling goods promising taxes and duties included in sale price, before you get slammed by hidden fees. The company guaranteed no extra fees or duties at checkout, and contrary to that I was charged exorbitant amounts (100% the purchase price) in taxes and duties upon receiving my purchase. After contacting their customer service, they gave me the run around before ghosting me altogether. The bag was actually not bad, but not perfect either.

Like many others have experienced Like many others have experienced, Boundary Supply appears to operate in bad faith. Ordered an "In Stock, Ready to Ship" bag as well as several accessories on November 20th. Two weeks after the order, I sent an email having not received shipping information. I was told they were delayed and would ship in 48 hours. 2 week later, I follow up and no news at all.I never get shipping track number. Also they say some item was not available but is already available on web site. The order has never be sent and no solution founded. Christmas gift is dead. Boundary Supply clearly has terrible customer service, logistics, and support.
