Terrible experience Terrible experience with this shopping site! They don’t care much about customer satisfaction as it shows through their handling and management of orders! They ask you to pay $ for expedited orders, then once that timeframe for the order to be shipped has ended, they email you to tell you your items is out of stock, literally few hours after the same person-Uzma- promised that my items will arrive by 5/11 max before eid. Absolutely careless crew. They should aim up their game to continue their existence, or with such terrible customer service they won’t last long.

East Essence is wonderful!!! East Essence is a great, affordable place to meet all of your modest clothing needs. I have been shopping here for the past couple years now and have referred many acquaintances to the website as well. Thank you East Essence for meeting mine and my daughters needs!!!!!!!!

A Satisfied Customer! 👍😉😊 I ordered from E.E., received confirmation and tracking shipment emails, received merchandise in a timely manner and was so very satisfied with the packaging and delivery methods. The actual items were/are excellent. Pricing is exceptional also. I made another order for a few items, somehow ordered the wrong size. I noticed the mistake same day. I sent an email detailing my need to change the size. Received a prompt and professional reply from Ramzi (pls excuse me if I misspelled). He was so helpful, professional and accommodating! He sent a follow up email to ensure I was "good" and so I await my order via delivery. I look forward to continuing to purchase items from this company and pray for the company's success!

Very slow dispatch. Despite an honest appraisal of the company, to which they took exception, suffice to say that I will not, ever, use this company again. Their sizes are good and reasonably priced but I waited an unacceptably long time to receive the goods. Apologies, but I cannot lie East Essence. I would use you regularly if dispatch was much faster like other companies but despite a few tries, it does not improve!!!!
