Best:-) This is the second time I have made purchasing of Abaya from EastEssence and let me compliment you that Iam extremely happy and amazed with the products I received. The fabric used, cuts, colors, subtle design, finishing, delivery everything is just too good. I was a bit sceptical about online shopping because of previous bad experiences but EastEssence proved me wrong. Specially in India we are always ready to pay for the correct stuff but usually we dont get the desired quality even after spending. Also prompt email replies related to order queries are indeed appreciable. I couldn't be more satisfied. Thanks to entire team. Jazakallahu khairan.

East Essence is wonderful!!! East Essence is a great, affordable place to meet all of your modest clothing needs. Very slow dispatch. Despite an honest appraisal of the company, to which they took exception, suffice to say that I will not, ever, use this company again. Their sizes are good and reasonably priced but I waited an unacceptably long time to receive the goods. Apologies, but I cannot lie East Essence. I would use you regularly if dispatch was much faster like other companies but despite a few tries, it does not improve!!!!

Nice I am fan of East Essence beautiful abaya and tunics designs, especially the abayas. Very good service, very polite customer care staff and so quick delivery services. I keep recommending them. Great place

Terrible experience Terrible experience with this shopping site! They don’t care much about customer satisfaction as it shows through their handling and management of orders! They ask you to pay $ for expedited orders, then once that timeframe for the order to be shipped has ended, they email you to tell you your items is out of stock, literally few hours after the same person-Uzma- promised that my items will arrive by 5/11 max before eid. Absolutely careless crew. They should aim up their game to continue their existence, or with such terrible customer service they won’t last long.
