GBPoor shipping and customer service Ordered $550 of equipment from this company with an expected delivery time of 5 to 10 days. Shipment is still in transit after 19 days with free USPS economy shipping, partly due to Covid19 and partly the USPS. The standard shipping for the amount spent should be free or low cost priority shipping. Contacted customer support via email, no option to speak with a human being. They emailed back promptly saying that there was nothing they could do. No attempt was made to trace package, determine delay, offer to ship a replacement package or contact me by phone. Company has a good reputation for quality products and if I ever receive mine I will revise my rating accordingly. This rating is strictly based on shipping practices and customer support.

IETerrible customer service Terrible customer service placed and order 11th of november with them as they were providing gadgets for a suicide awareness event after 4 weeks tried to contact them through email , website form, x no anser instagram finally they reply they had a stock issue and order will be sent the following week ( that was the 11th of december) today 22nd of december still no sign of shipping confirmation. terrible little company overpriced

GBBad experience but they made it right in the end I had a pretty awful experience with their online ordering system, customer support and my order was delayed due to their fault. It appears that their customer support is understaffed as it took some time for me to get someone to look into my case. However, they were quick to admit their own mistake and made up for it in a way that I thought was fair.

GBNO REFUNDS A friend sent me a very generous gift, a $350 backpack from GoRuck. Well built, if you needed that, but so heavy when empty that it was not something i would use. Returned it but only given store credit. Wasted so much time trying to find something else to purchase and tried several things, different style shoes, but nothing fit (insanely narrow, how to big tough guys/gals fit into them?). They happily deducted shipping fees from my store credit but repeatedly refuse to refund the money. My last inquiry is most worrisome as they replied saying my credit can not be refunded and will now expire in a year. WTW? Not only have they held my gift money hostage for years they fully intend to rob me completely by making it expire. This company is evil. Stay away! And NEVER buy a gift for someone from these crooks.
