CAOver priced trash and crappy service This company has terrible customer service and there is no option to speak with them over the telephone. I was sent a faulty product and when I contacted them, they blamed me for the damage to it. They refused to repair, refund or replace the item. I will never buy anything from them again.

GBI ordered I/O trainers on closeout and… I ordered I/O trainers on closeout and had to return them, they were quick and efficient in both answering my questions before ("can I return these shoes on closeout?") and in the processing of the return. The shoes were great, but the shoelace holes happened to rub my foot the wrong way. I really wish I could have kept them, great quality otherwise. I also ordered a Rucker 3.0 and a 30lb weight. The quality on both of these products was outstanding. Before I ordered my Rucker, I emailed customer service to see if another color would be in stock soon and I received a timely reply. Based off my experiences, they were quick to respond to/address questions/issues and the products are great quality.

GBUpdated - Customer Experience UPDATE: GoRuck responded to say they’d ship a bag to the new address as an exception to policy. Wow - didn’t see the coming, but greatly appreciate this gesture. Bad customer service. Tried to correct a shipping address literally within moments of making an order for a canvas duffle bag. No workable phone number, and the company didn’t bother responding to emails sent within minutes of order. They finally responded about an hour after creating a shipping label, at which point they said there was nothing they could do (even though the item hadn’t been delivered). Suggest avoiding GoRuck - the instant they get your money, they don’t care about you.

GBPoor shipping and customer service Ordered $550 of equipment from this company with an expected delivery time of 5 to 10 days. Shipment is still in transit after 19 days with free USPS economy shipping, partly due to Covid19 and partly the USPS. The standard shipping for the amount spent should be free or low cost priority shipping. Contacted customer support via email, no option to speak with a human being. They emailed back promptly saying that there was nothing they could do. No attempt was made to trace package, determine delay, offer to ship a replacement package or contact me by phone. Company has a good reputation for quality products and if I ever receive mine I will revise my rating accordingly. This rating is strictly based on shipping practices and customer support.
